Weeks of no communication and me having to continuously call to try to get someone on the phone to give me info. I was told they are still trying to find the problem. after 3 months of very little and difficult to have communication, I was told that they couldn't figure it out and for me to come get it and just pay for the part. that was fine until I got there to get the truck. they had it sitting out back for so long that the battery (less than a year old) was dead and there were so many leaves on it I couldn't see the bed liner. The truck barely ran when i got which is 10x worse than when I gave it to them. Also, to top things off it appears that someone use the tailgate as a cutting board, because it has a ton of gouges in it. basically after 3 months of no communication I got my truck back with a dead battery, running way worse, gouges in my tailgate, and still had to pay them. if i had the choice of setting the truck on fire or let them work on it id choose the fire. the truck wouldn't be drivable either way but at least the fire would be faster

When I went to get an oil change at my dealer I asked them to remove the wheel and tire. Ultimately it was discovered that they didn't. Rim works worked with us to make sure we were able to get done so they could get the wheel fixed for the price quoted. They even worked with us on fixing the second crack they found on the rim. 2 days later just as promised they had my rim ready. Really nice guys really professional. I'm sure with the roads in SC I'll have another cracked rim and I know where I'll be taking it to be fixed.
