This restaurant by the port of Tarragona, served us some of the best seafood dishes we have ever had, not just in Spain. The waiters were very attentive, more than is typical for Europe, and they provided us with a menu in English. This is one of the few places that had a physical menu in multiple different languages (Spanish, Catalan, French, German, English, Italian etc). The staff was very helpful in explaining different dishes if we were unfamiliar with them and helped us make our decisions. The Biscay-style Cod (item #50) was delicious and served us with two fillets of cod and a side of sliced baked potatoes(as in moussaka, not as a typical American baked potato). With a salad this entree could have easily fed two people, though we didn't know that when we ordered. It was only 7-8 euro for the plate! The second seafood item ordered in our group, was entree #92, which consisted of seafood cooked in a sauce typical of Tarragona and the seafood included were mussels, shrimp and 3 types of fish (hake, sea bass and monkfish). This meal was especially delicious and definitely large enough by itself for 2 people (though this isn't listed in the menu). They also had very good white Sangria and served local Estrella beer. Would highly recommend a visit here. There is outside seating with the view of the marina/port! read more
