Very professional and quick service! I lost my keys at Christmas party I was attending and couldn't enter my house I never thought I'll find a locksmith on Christmas Eve...but I was pleasantly surprised when Eli answered the phone and was more than wiling to help! Great review well deserved! I'm a very difficult customer since I'm all about efficiency, logical prices and great attitude - Eli is the best there is! Fast, reasonable and with great attitude. Was stuck in the middle of nowhere, reached for a few companies - some provided ridiculous pricing and some just refuse because I was in the mountains. Worst AAA roadside assistance on the planet! took 45 minutes to arrive and they are located in my small town. Their equipment didn't work, then took no another 45 mins for some to bring another battery tester. Oh, and took 2 jump boxes to start my cold car. They didnt have my popular battery on any truck locally and would not assiywith locating one. The driver ran away hitting my rock landscaping repeatedly trying to back out of my driveway when I told him he couldn't leave me stranded w no solution. Do NOT let AAA send L&G Towing , Hillsborough, NC to assist you! They are a nightmare and not safe on your property. I have video should you so desire. read more

Eli is an absolute crook! Run as far away from this company as possible. I was charged $1250 for a 40 mile tow, which should be a $250 to $300 tow according to 3 other towing companies. Even the company that dispatched his said he was out of line. Upon calling him out on it Eli said "I can charge whatever I want" do not use this company at all or you will be completely screwed over. read more

An absolute shit show. I got quoted $130 for less than ten miles to my house. What happened was, I was driving, and my exhaust system fell thru, and I began dragging it while driving. I pulled over and called L&G Towing. When the tow driver came, he did a quick tie-up of the exhaust and loaded it onto the truck. About halfway to my house, he mentions that it will now be $250. When I asked why he said because he had to tie it up. What if I didn't have the $250? When I called L&G just now to see why I was charged so much, the guy says, "whatever they charge you outside of what we charge is the price, because we are not mechanics." I could have crawled my ass under my car and tied it myself with my own material had I know it was going to cost $10 less than my fucking tow. And last time I checked, he was a tow driver, not a mechanic. All I got to say is, I know we are in the middle of a pandemic, but taking advantage of people will get you nowhere, and what you have done will come back. The fact that you aren't in tune with what the PERSON YOU DISPATCH is charging additionally is disgusting. And the fact that he thinks it's ok to charge $120 to tie two objects together is trash. I got to a top university in California studying management and my experience today was horrible. please DO NOT go with these guys, especially if you don't want to be charged a different price. Also, this is my FIRST EVER Yelp review. I had to pay $260 for less than a ten-mile tow for my 2002 Chrysler Sebring. And the tow guy actually had the audacity to ask after if I wanted to leave a tip! Have a good night read more

Absolute crook. My son's car broke down and Eli held the car for ransom until he was paid $600 for a THREE MILE TOW! Husband called and complained. Called L&G Towing and they were at my property in 30 minutes. My car was in my garage on a crazy busy and tight street and needed a lot of problem solving to get out. Last week my mother and I got stuck on the 101 freeway under the pass at lankershim. We contacted L & G Road Assistance and they were there with in 20 minutes which I was very impressed by. This is not the first time I have had issues with my car so I knew I had to tow it to my mechanic. The gentleman immediately started getting the car hooked up so that we were out of harms way ( it's scary on the side of the freeway ) before I knew it we were on our way. Is this Eli Litvin who also tows for Bel Air Towing+SM Towing? This man towed my son broken down car from a gas station on Sepulvenda Blvd on Mother's Day evening at 9pm. It was a13 miles tow from Sepulvenda Blvd Los Angeles to Valley Village CA to a repair shop. This tow should have cost $250 but he charged our discover card $2500. When we called him to correct his error, he refused to change the charge and said he could charge whatever he wanted. His charge was 10 times the norm. Beware. read more

This place was a fraud and a ripoff for me. I was quoted one price over the phone to get a jumpstart, and then the person they sent charged about 3 times the amount. He further said my battery would be fine for another year at least and meanwhile it died again a few minutes and blocks later. Later I called another place and they charged exactly what they said on the phone, they were totally professional instead of skeevy, and it was about a third of what L & G charged. I feel like L & G gouged me and took advantage of me at a time I was in a bind. I am so sorry I ever called them, and will never do so again. If you're smart, you won't either. read more

It's one of the best decisions I have made this year. Will was able to come out with a day or so and run a diagnostics check, quickly locating the issue and showing me the results. He explained to me what the issue was, discussed options, gave me a full quote and a price - highly competitive. With me agreeing to what needed to be done, he ordered the part (Saturday) and came back the next day (Sunday) to install it. Incredibly helpful and so polite, he showed me the new part, walked me through what he was going to do and afterward even showed me the part he removed and explained the wear and why it was actually perfect timing. Within hours I was up and running again, good as new. I have NEVER had service like this from a dealership in all my years of being a car owner and driver (and that's several decades). Will also flagged other things that I needed to be aware of (including needing an oil change - which I will be getting him to come and do) but at no point pushed for me to do them there and then - zero pressure, just guidance. He repeatedly asked if I had any questions and was keen for me to understand what was happening and why - superb! He even cleared up the work area after he'd finished. Flawless. Fernando towing came to my rescue when I was stranded for almost 2 hours…read more Story is that car died at 2am in Boyle Heights. Had to leave the car at a gas station because AAA didn't have a tow truck for me at that hour. Told me it'd be 5-6 hours.... Not cool so left the car and went home via uber. Next day I get to the car but before I did, at 10:50am AAA told me a tow truck would arrive between 11:45-12:45. Great. Got to the car at 11:20am, and waited and waited and waited. Was assigned to a tow person which btw the reception extremely rude over the phone, told me it'll be actually another 2-3 hours, and then never called or communicated with me. Hung up on me. I ended up going rogue and called Fernando Towing. Owner answered and told me a flat fee and they'd be there in 20 min. Understanding of my situation, SUPER nice, and straight to the point. I told him I needed them here by 1pm because the gas station manager was going to tow the car. Fernando towing said no problem! We'll be there before then. Said and done! Immediately relieved the stress I was having. Of course the towing company AAA assigned came 10 min before Fernando Towing did. I said nope sorry - I canceled already, and your people were rude. Also there was no communication on where you guys were so I hired someone else, sorry! Thanks but no thanks! They ended up leaving. Jose was the worker who helped and he was very very very kind and understanding as I was having a tough day even before this car situation. Very trusting, professional, kind, and also gentle with the car! If you're in a situation where you're stuck, need someone quick and reliable, I would NOT hesitate to call Fernando Towing!!!!!!

Wow... amazing service! They came before time and very friendly staff. I was stuck on the 405 with a flat tire during rush hour and the technician got to my location in 20 minutes. The tech was very professional and knowledgable about the business. The price he gave me was very reasonable and did not have any hidden fees. They are very trustworthy!
