There are many shops, but not many that are willing to do small orders. I'm glad I kept searching. It led me to John. I sent over an email on Wednesday, called to set up a drop off time on Thursday, dropped the items off Friday (we ordered our own garments) , and they were ready for pick up on Tuesday (yesterday). The process was seamless. He is very knowledgeable about his business. He recommended certain changes and they were spot on. We sent him the svg file and he was able to digitize it for the embroidery machine. We had a variety of garments embroidered, and they all look great! The stitch work is exceptional. The shop is a quaint little space off of Clayton Road. There is street and lot parking available. You do have a flight of stairs to get to him. Definitely worth every step lol. From the moment you elk in, you can see for yourself his work. From delicate doilies to leather motorcycle gear- the embroidery is top notch. He is closed on Sundays and Mondays. He opens at 11am. Overall, a 10/10 experience. We will be using him for all of our embroidery needs!!

Prior to going in person to order, I thought of ordering online but did not want to wait, wanted to see the quality and product first, also looked at other custom shirt companies but they either had a minimum # of shirts required or a disclaimer that the order will be ready in 7-10 days. Also, prior to this, I went to another shop which said they weren't able to screen print my logo because it was 2 different colors..it was a basic orange and white color! But Shadi said he could. Our business has used the screen printer for several years because they are local, we're reasonably…read morepriced, and used to be responsive. Something major changed! We have worked with a couple of different sales reps and their online system which drops your artwork onto a T-shirt so you can see what it will look like just like every other online T-shirt company and just a few weeks ago we processed a re-order and received it perfectly. But when we tried last week and today to order new T-shirts with a new design the "owner" who we have never worked with before made it as difficult as possible and tried to charge us $500 to change the size of the artwork for the small child size shirts. This is after making us pre-pay before we could receive a "mock up" even though the mock up is not a real shirt, it is an online image with art put on top of it...We placed two orders of two different shirts and had to pay for them before they would show us what the shirts would look like. When they tried to charge us $500 to size the art down for smaller sized shirts we asked if we could just cancel the smaller size shirts then and continue with the adult shirt order. Instead of doing that they canceled both of our orders and told us they would only refund us part of the amount since they had "done work" on our art. We are in disbelief that a company could treat a repeat client with consistent order history the way they have treated us this past week. Whatever happened at this company, if they have a new owner now or are just not interested in doing business anymore please be forewarned that they don't seem to take any interest in providing their products to customers.
