Made an appointment, then canceled on me because he thought he was in danger of something nefarious happening. If you sound like an African American male, you more than likely won't get service. I called to make a formal complaint and the person started recording me without my consent trying to get something to use to get the police involved. Very dirty business when they were the originators of the problem. 2026 is just around the corner and PREJUDICE is still running rampid.

My 14-yr old home had 3 deadbolt locks in need of repair--one I couldn't get the key all of the way…read morein, one I could not get the key out and one that would not turn. I sent a text to Loc Doc on Monday afternoon, Tuesday morning I went to the web site and filled out a simple form and Tuesday evening Steve called me up. Wednesday 9:00 am Steve and David came to the house, took off the three locks and quickly determined that corrosion was the problem for all three and explained what I should do in the future to prevent. They cleaned up the mechanisms, re-installed, made sure that they were working smoothly and then went and sprayed SuperSlick into all of the other locks. They were here (a truly remote location in Pitt County) for about 90 min and charged $175. Then they headed across the creek to Yoder's for breakfast. Good guys, great service. Recommend highly.

We have triple A and we called for assistance because we locked our keys in with the running…read morevehicle because of our 2 dogs inside with cool air running for them. We stopped at a rest stop. So anyways Triple A sent us a tow truck and driver from Steven's Towing. He wasn't really a talker that much, but I believe he was more focused on helping us get into that vehicle to reunite us with our dogs. And to get us back into the Vehicle of course. So anyways since my wife's car has a newer vehicle with better security around the door frames(the trims), he wasn't able to get in, he said he didn't want to ruin the vehicle with the tools that he had, which is totally fine and reasonable. So anyways he tried, couldn't do it but he tried his best which counts. So then triple A sent another locksmith out to our location at the rest stop, which that 2nd company was called: Eastern Locksmith. And that locksmith had old school tools which he got into the vehicle which I was super surprised, but hey Steven's Towing did a fabulous job too!!
