We call Perico Pools and Abel came out the same day with a new pump. It was a difficult installation because the area around the pump is cramped, but he worked most of the day until the job was done. He also showed us a leaking pipe and repaired that as well. The work was done perfectly and he was easy to reach to answer a few questions I had about setting a schedule on the pump. He also followed up to make sure everything was good with us. I highly recommend you contact them first.

Made a comment to another visitor, who then mentioned it was a new pool cleaning service. Hubby cleaned the bugs and the little debris that was in there, prior to us getting in. When I was doing laps, I could see into the pool, as I had my goggles on, and got a closer look, just how bad it was. Very dirty at the bottom of the pool. Also, the hot tub spa was murky, but didn't seem as bad, as compared to the pool. Looks like all of the signs were replaced, to show the new cleaning service's info. "Spa Blanket" instructions were at the hot tub spa. It looks like bubble wrap for packing merchandise into boxes for shipping. You'd think that there would be handles on it, or some place for it to be placed, but it was on the grass, a bit far off.
