Chris scheduled a pool repair for me at my new house and did not show up, at all. I sent a text…read moreasking what happened and got no response back. I called back from a different number the next day and a woman answered and said they did not show up because they were not paid. My experience with paying people is that they would need to come out and perform the work before this happens, so the confusion only adds up. They only seem interested in big pay days, and if you need a basic repair, they will not show up or even notify you. Oh yeah, and then they blame you because they have challenges showing up on time. Chris will come across like a "nice guy from Utah, running a family business", but please don't be fooled. If they don't want to show up, they won't. I reall like supporting small businesses, but this one doesn't care about wasting your time. Please avoid at all costs. After Owner's Response Below: So now Chris claims that they texted and called me "multiple times yesterday". See picture below of the photos I texted to them a few weeks back, my question about why they never showed up, and that they NEVER RESPONDED back, as I already mentioned. Sorry, they're lying. The proof is in the pic. Also, I was not asked to re-schedule, or I would have. I understand that things happen. I did not ask them to bring "multiple parts", either. How would I know what to ask for? I am not a repair guy. I just wanted the GFI on the power supply for pool equipment fixed. They're confusing me with someone else. Pity.

Mainly does repairs for warranty companies. Very easy to reach for an appt and follow up. Came…read moreover and said they would contact warranty company to do pool filters. Then told warranty company it's disposable filters so it won't be covered. Still took my $ and now because they said that warranty doesn't cover it. Calked over 10 times today now they won't answer their phone either. It's obvious the warranty company is their main customer. Watch out it's a scam they're running with the warranty company.

He has also given me many tips on various things pertaining to the operations of my pool.
