I hired these guys to fix my pool that had turned green from a previous pool company. I paid Johhny and Trinity thousands of dollars to get my pool back but they never delivered on their promises! These people are devoid of character and ethics in business . They drained my pool and did an acid wash, charged me over $300 for "startup chemicals" and assured me the pool would be clean for my tenants but they knew all along that they were going out of business so they stopped sending the pictures with the weekly status reports and started ghosting me when I inquired about why I haven't been receiving the pictures and of course no reply! Against my better judgment and as a gesture of good faith, I prepaid my pool service from September until February so I didn't have to deal with very unreasonable tenants. To my surprise, Johhny and Trinity did not refund the remainder of my prepayment and lied to the new contractor Desi at Pool Medic who to my surprise tried to get me to pay for Dec & January pool service . They seemed like honorable people, but I can't warn you enough to stay away from these people if they ever get back into the pool business again. They ghosted me and then claimed they didn't sell their business to another vendor and to my surprise I got a bill for services that were already prepaid from Pool Medic. Johhny assured me he would send me receipts of the credits to my credit cards but as of today that never happened. Nevada law says 10% upfront only and every time they did work for me they wanted 100% upfront. What a disappointment and betrayal of trust! Karma will get these two! read more

First time customer. I had a burned out pool light. It's supposed to be an easy fix, that turned out to be anything but! The pool smart team gave me practical advice on how to do the repair economically, and was even cool with me shopping for parts online. No upsell or up charge pressure at all! It turned out to be a really complicated replacement, due to a lot of difficult job site conditions that weren't expected at the beginning of the job. This company was full of promises. Johnny Anderson said whatever he needed to get the job, and I trusted him. I told them that a spring fell into the skimmer and they said no problem, they could get it out. They failed to complete it the job by the weekend as promised. They took apart a fitting saying it was that when it was not. $720.00 for them to replace a pipe fitting that they took the sealant off of. They also said they would do the 1st Maintenace on the pool due to the length of time it took and the pool turning green. Maintenance involved putting shock in the pool. Then I get a "past due" notice on 8/20/25, the day they were here. They must have done that to justify pulling money out of my bank without discussing completion of the job with me. My pool is green. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to avoid working with this company. read more

Nice Johnny, that you would bring this issue back up 8 months later. I paid you $3,000 and upon arrival to remove my plaster you said that the Medallion had not arrived....well, I paid you $3,000 a month previous to the plaster removal, and you said "Because of a hurricane the medallion wouldn't be there". Hmmmmmmm.....ok, then 3 weeks later you said the "medallion shipped" was the wrong size....Hmmmmm.....so I contacted Trinity and asked where she purchased the medallion from. She said, the same website link that I sent her. So, I contacted the owner of the website where I had seen the medallion, and the owner said, "I've never heard of this company". I then called POOLSMUT and they wouldn't return my calls or my texts, and in that message I said, "If I don't hear from you I will cancel my second Visa payment to you". (Hmmmm, see Ghosting from another client on yelp) I didn't hear from them, and yes, I panicked and cancelled my Visa Payment. In subsequent conversations with Johnny he had no problem using the "F" word to me while explaining he was a small company trying to get started......Yes, I agree, I cancelled my VISA payment.....Why? It's obvious from my previous posts. I then used a reliable company, I purchased the medallion myself and received it in a week and the new company did an amazing job....AND THE NEW COMPANY ALWAYS CONTACED ME BACK...... read more

The coupler on my T-cell was defective. Service tech came same day to evaluate repair. Tech came out to repair the defective part the first business day ofter weekend. Quality of work outstanding. Definately would hire them again for equipmentbrepairs read more
