On the morning of 9/15, I called around and left messages with a few companies. One company answered, but quoted me a very high call-out fee--which I accepted since no one else was reachable. Before that appointment was even set, the owner of All American called me back and said he could have someone out within an hour or so, at a much more reasonable price. I immediately said yes! He sent Robert and his wife Heather, and they showed up right away. Robert cut back the insulation, found the cracked pipe that was causing the leak, and was able to repair it within just a couple of hours. They were such a huge help, and we're so grateful for their quick response, honesty, and expertise. They are truly affordable, and it made me feel ten times better knowing we got that call back from All American. Robert was honest, professional, and never made us feel like our business was taken for granted. We can't recommend them enough!

I wanted to get it replaced and asked for some quotes so I hopped on Yelp and got 5 plumbers to come out and give me a quote. Some quotes where a little higher then what I was planning and one was way out there -- they wanted to cap the hose and install a new line --- no thank you! Decided on Hips plumbing for two reasons: very friendly knowledgeable staff and price. Now price: they listened to what I wanted and don't try to upsell me on things o don't need and their prices for parts were reasonable. Once we agreed to a date and time, their plumber came out and institute new hose and faucet (I know there is a fancier term they used but I can't remember what it is). When our hot water heater failed, Chance quickly assessed the issue by having our tenant send photos. He was able to determine that the leak was coming from the unit itself (not the pipes), which saved valuable time and avoided unnecessary delays. Although the initial installation timeline was about two days, I shared that our tenants have small children and asked if there was any chance for an earlier opening. They went above and beyond, contacting us the very next afternoon after they finished early for the day, and were able to complete the replacement ahead of schedule. Their pricing was transparent, the installation was efficient, and their communication was outstanding. We received updates via text, email, and phone. He had to leave temporarily to get some parts, but was back quickly and had all of the repairs done quickly and completely. No more leaks and the bathroom sink has water again.
