I went in last friday and my polish started to come off the next day. I had no time to go back since I got a mani/ pedi for a wedding I was in on Saturday. The pedicure. My polish was on my big toe was smudged, looks discolored, and the amount of dead skin I still had on my feet is ridiculous. I have no idea what she did bc there shouldn't be this much. My mother's nails are completely almost off as well, she sent me this photo day 4 of her nails. I have been here several times and something is always wrong. I will not be back. I have gone here more than a few times and have always been quite satisfied with my tech - especially Maggie or Jackie. I had an older woman - her name may have been May - I had a pedi and manicure and was done in a half hour. Her massage of my feet was about one minute total, same with my hands. I don't know what happened to this place. This is the second absolutely horrible pedicure. Really could've done better myself but I don't do my own toes. I only stopped here because it was convenient to where I was going. I'm home running a nail file around my toenails to get the extra sloppy paint off my toes & get some of the excess skin off that was left on. You know ...the stuff that the tech's pointy fingernail didn't dig out. EWW Nails are uneven & not filed properly. Tech rushed through everything. Big turnover of techs. Always new faces. Know who to go to or chances are you'll be disappointed. At least they still only charge $25. Seems most others in the area charge higher. Still wouldn't come back. I decided to give Love Nail&Spa a try after eating at Kyoto's. I was seated at Winnie's station and she immediately started working on my nails. I show her a hello kitty design I found online, WOW, she did a perfect job. She also throw in a incentive(shhhhh, don't tell anyone:)) for me which I was thrill. Don't ask me what it is, is a secret:) I returned to Love nails a second time few weeks later to get refill and a spa pedicure for me and hubby. I request to sit at Winnie's station. Don't get me wrong, the other esthetician are nice too, but since Winnie done the perfect job last time, I figure to stick with her. Again she did a perfect job on my refill. And we love the spa pedicure at Love's. Really love the staff at Love's nails. My 2 year old toddler act up every time we were there. Both times, staff came over to entertain her. They even let her soak her little feet in the pedicure station while Daddy gets his feet done. AWESOME!!! P.S. If you forget to bring cash to tip, no worries, there is a no fee ATM inside. Can't beat the pedi and mani special for $28! And the staff is so friendly! Love the pedi with the hot stone and foot massage/ chair massage as you wait. Came in for mani/pedi for my daughter and a pedi for me- and we had a good time. We relaxed an listened to the zen spa music as the workers scrubbed and massaged our legs and feet. My daughter was smiling from ear to ear and even picked out a design to put on her toes which came out very pretty. Thy also do eye brows and they do an awesome job on them as well. Not bad for the pricing if you wanna treat yourself and pamper yourself for one day. This will be my go to salon to get my nails and eye brows done for now on. So this spot is officially off my list. I came here before to get a simple gel mani. The manicure didn't last a week before it started pealing! I've never had a gel manicure last less than 3 weeks (from here) and know how to take care of my manicures. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to give them one more chance. This time at least it made it to the one week mark before chipping and now it's completely pealing 8 days later. I think they got bought out because I don't see any of the people I'm used to. I will preface this review by saying I do not regularly get salon nail services, so my expectations may very well be different than people who regularly get these services. So, this place offered a welcome break from running around on a Thursday. It was pretty busy around 5:30pm but there were a few staff members available, and I was taken to my chair pretty quickly. I got the gel manicure with regular pedicure ($40 M-Th; otherwise $45). All of the staff persons were very pleasant and welcoming. My nail technician was pretty good, and took her time to ensure that my nails had sufficient layers to make them opaque. I enjoyed the leg and foot massage with my pedi and the paraffin wax and back massage with my mani. The interior is large and clean. All of the above being said, after almost a week, the manicure is definitely showing it's age (small chips at the corners, etc.). But, If I opt to get nail services again, I wouldn't mind coming here due to the friendly customer service. read more

I've been coming to this place for the last couple years. Today I asked for acrylic to be placed on my big toe where I had cracked the nail. I expressed I only wanted a thin layer. Making the nail look natural as possible. Mandy rudely told me no because that will break off. I told her that's fine. I only needed it on for a few weeks as it will grow back. She insisted putting that thick layer of acrylic on my toenail. I told her once again, I did not want that. She became upset, aggressively wiping off the acrylic and saying when it comes off it's your fault not mine. I politely told her thank you for giving me what I asked for. It's ok to let me know the con of a choice they are making but you must remain professional when doing so. She then continued by starting to talk to her colleague in their language as she quickly slapped the acrylic on. Now she continues to pace aggressively back n forth talking under her breath. Due to Mandy, I was told her name is, I will NEVER return. I only spend my money where I'm treated as a valued paying customer. Respectful and always a professional manner. read more

My coworkers raved about Love's pedicures so I gave it a try. I have to say I've had waaaay better! And although I feel it's nothing to rave about this is definitely still my 'when in the area' new salon for various other reasons. The place itself is fairly small, but if you are looking for a place to get in - get out this is definitely it. My regular nail salon I end up being there for over two hours, but at Love I was in and out in an hour on the dot. I've had three separate people do my nails and they have always done a good job. Just did a gel manicure and as a first time it was a great experience. Came once they opened at 9:30am and was greeted by 6 techs which was awesome as I was seated instantly. I wish they did have a price board up, but I was winging this experience based off of other reviews and I can't complain of the price. For my gel manicure it was $23 and that came with a neck/shoulder massage and a wax hand dip also which was a plus since I don't get my nails done often. The place is clean inside and at the stations while also nestled in a shopping plaza. They do offer a No Fee ATM in the shop since they don't include a tip spot on the credit/debit card slip. I do plan to come back again to try out their pedicure services and get a manicure also. Plus they offer a frequent member card where they offer you $5 off on your 5th visit. read more

Well...I am EXTREMELY upset about this place. First I had to take my own toe polish off Bc the girl took 45 min to take it off and I had to help her...so that was annoying as ever. I don't get my nails done often because I'm always using my hands but this is definitely my spot to get my nails done. The staff are very friendly and kind. When I go here, it's always a different person doing my mani and pedi so everyone there does an awesome job. My favorite is the Spa Pedicure! It's so relaxing and worth the money. They had a wide range of colors for me to choose from. The manicure they gave me had no bubbles and lasted for a long time. What really stood out about this gel manicure was that after the nails dried, they soaked my hands into candle wax multiple times. This hot hand bath of wax hardened on the surface of my skin. After setting within some plastic wrap, the entire wax peeled off really easily -- as if it was a glove! This made my hands extremely soft and they sealed the softness with some hand lotion. Quite a unique experience. They have a card so that for every 5 visits, you get $5 off! I will definitely be coming back. read more

Their nail dryers don't work so that was a bit annoying, although they kept insisting it was on, I felt no air.
