Make sure to get a written quote prior to every groom (even if you've used them for years) because she will find a way to scam you. I was charged $591 to groom our 3 babies. When I asked her why the price was so exorbitant (as we had NEVER paid this amount for any prior grooms), she gave me a song and dance about how adding services will change pricing. Of course, everyone knows that is the case in every situation, but we have been getting the EXACT same service with no changes for 3 full years. We also discovered that she had been charging us the max price for all 3 cats (the 12lbs + tier), when there is only 1 at that weight. I do not recommend this company!

They found lots of tumors in his abdomen after a CT scan but only gave me antibiotics and would not let me put him out of his misery but I should come back next week?!? I was going to take him back home so he could transition with the vet team he knows but he got worse. That's when I found Overwatch Animal Hospital! They were conveniently located by where I was staying so I walked in and told them the situation. They were able to get him in the next day to be euthanized! They were very caring and compassionate and allowed us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. The vet confirmed that his cancer had spread to his lymph nodes and he was in tremendous pain and reassured us we were doing the best thing for our fur baby. The process was seamless and their prices were reasonable (half the price of the urgent vet!). The vet and staff were loving and supportive during this difficult time. If I lived here, I would bring all my fur babies here!

I even showed the girls a picture of a Shih tzu but when I picked her up she weighs 5 lbs and was 3 mos old. She had been shaved down to 1/2" all over!!! Add salt to the wound it wasn't the same length and you could see row lines where they shaved her! This pic is 2 weeks later. AND they charged me $65 for it!!!!! It took me an about 7 months to get on schedule with ZenDog Mobile grooming. Definitely worth the wait!!! We no longer have to carry Izzi to the groomer, drop her off and return later to pick her up. ZenDog eliminates all the wasted time and energy trips back and forth to the groomer. They're very competitively priced and Wendy does an amazing job with Izzi. We've been loyal customers of ZenDog for years! They offer door to door service like no other. If you compare ZenDog Mobile Grooming to other local groomers it's apples to oranges. All of them in Clarksville stated that they couldn't do it; due to needing the dog to be able to stand on it's own in some brace/contraption. This groomer never said it was an issue and never made it seem it would be issue with her being in a diaper. They take care of her, even with her anxiety issues, and she's in a fresh diaper when we pick her up. She looks like a brand new pup every single time with bows/bandannas in her hair.

I brought him here (cannon dr.) because it's very close to my job and had relatively reasonable prices. I came to say hi on my break because it was his first time and I wanted to check in (don't judge he's my baby) when I came in to see him he was bleeding from his legs and paws, split a dewclaw in half and was covered in drool (one of his stress responses) the staff then told me he was moved to the other building because he climbed on top of the crate he was in. he filed down all his nails trying to get out of the crate/kennel they had him in. he was brought outside on a leash only. he was not able to free roam or play with other dogs. I guess doggy daycares here are different from where I am from because for me a doggy daycare is a place dogs can run around and not be in a cage all day. hence why I brought him there. I will never be bringing him back and I hope to find a place that will actually take care of him while I'm at work and not lock him in a crate. if you're comfortable with paying for your dog to be locked up all day, don't hesitate to bring them here but if you're looking for a place for your dog to run around and have fun with other dogs this is not the place. The staff was very friendly and sent 3 pictures of him while I was working. they were all very kind. I'm just confused on what their job is if they aren't watching the dogs in their care. this was all easily preventable.
