The technician ripped off my acrylic nails by forcing them off my nails without soaking or filing them down. She did this at the front check out counter and I let her know it was very painful. My nails are destroyed. I will never go back there. read more

I waited and waited just to get my gel polished changed on my toes. I was moved from chair to chair just to get my toes painted. The customer service needs some improvement and the quality of service needs to be organized. I feel like I was over charged for gel French tips just for them to look like a 5 year old did my toes. This service was without a pedicure. Then when finished my feet were left white and dry. They offered no lotion anything. They rush when doing services and the vibe of the place could be better. read more

I called to see what time they opened in the morning, 10am. I arrived at 10:05 on 12/9/22 and there's a line outside the place. 5 customers. The owner of the shop next door came outside,to upgrade. said they will be here at 1020. Stated it was a daily occurrence. I sit down in pedicure area, young girl comes over, startes spiel about upgrading, etc. She began working on me at 10:35, my receipt was rung up at 10:47 12 MINUTES for a spa pedicure and manicure!!! She cut the cuticles on my hands, one got infected. I will NEVER go there again and I hope you don't either. $49 for the worst mani pedi ever. I got my nails did 12/18/21 Saturday by 12/20/21 Monday 3 of my nails were cracking and the paint was chipping . I got up early and waited before opening to get this issue resolved asap . They were about 20in it's late as usual . When I finally got in the chair a guy other than the one who did my nails threw some acrylic on my nails didn't even attempt to make them look like the other nails and didn't even cover my natural nails fully .When I said something about it they became petty and made me wait behind everyone who had came after me . My nails are crooked and not the same size. They pulled the skin of my finger and it hurts.My moms nails are not the same size either and they are crooked and her fingers hurts from them pulling the skin off her nails.
