Sam wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive painter I interviewed but I could tell right away that he cared about the details and making sure everything was done to my satisfaction. The estimate was fast and accurate and Sam even helped us pick out a new color for the trim. His contracts are very detailed and he tells you exactly what you're going to get and he even offered to alter the contract if I felt something needed to be added. The team started within a week and they did a wonderful job making our house look brand new again. We had several areas of our stucco that had cracking but Sam took care of all of them and even put a fresh coat of polyurethane on our front door. Sam was there personally almost every day and he had me create a punchlist near the end. He personally walked through every item with me, ensuring everything was completed to my satisfaction.
