L&M Entertainment brought our wedding experience to a whole different level! Matt had people on the dance floor all night long from start to finish and continuously kept them there with attention to song via attendees and our interests and reactions and flawless song transitions. One thing we were extremely impressed with was L&M's organizational ability and communication skills. Our venue unfortunately was not on top of this, but Matt and his team eased our worries and made sure we had everything we needed both experience-wise and with our projected timeline. We were so thankful for this! The team at L&M were very professional and fun. They even hopped on the dance floor here and there to help guide line dances. They showed up with ample time, ensuring everything was ready and good to go! Next, with the help of Matt and his team, my band and I (and Matt) pulled off a surprise 4 person band performance! Only 2 people besides the band, Matt and myself knew about it.... and Matt made this crazy idea of mine come true. All in all, he set up music and equipment in our ceremony room, cocktail hour, reception and surprise band performance in which he set up a 16 channel mixer and ran all those channels for the band!! We hired Matt to be the DJ at our wedding and it was the best decision we could have made! Hiring the right DJ is really important as they really set the tone for your whole wedding. From beginning to end Matt was a joy to work with. He is kind, courteous, professional, and FUN! He made the process enjoyable especially when you are really stressed out about other things. We met with Matt in person about 4x to discuss how we wanted things to go, and he was always available to us either via phone, Facebook, or email if we had any questions. Matt also has many suggestions for music and has the largest music library I think I've ever seen! I was so happy with the music he played at the wedding. He always seemed to play the right song at the right moment and people were dancing ALL NIGHT LONG! Seriously, I don't think people sat down again after dinner. He definitely knew how to get people pumped up and excited, which is exactly what you want at your wedding. Matt is not shy either and was in the crowd dancing with us all which was so much fun! At one point a guest of mine had the mic and was DJ'ing with Matt! I know I'm biased, but it was definitely the funnest wedding I think I've ever been to! Matt is the man. Plain and simple. He recently DJed my wedding and went above and beyond what we could've possibly hoped for. Prior to the wedding he was happy to meet us at our convenience to discuss song choices and the chain of events for the evening. He told us his honest opinion of what he thought would or wouldn't work based on his experience. Whenever we had a hole or went blank on a song choice Matt was ready with a list that would work in that specific situation. The day before the wedding Matt was there with the rest of us to be sure nothing would be missed. The day of the wedding Matt and his assistant had everything down to perfection. The wedding itself was at the same location, so Matt had set ups for the ceremony, outdoor cocktail hour and then indoor reception, and he didn't miss a beat (no pun intended). As the night progressed we could count on Matt to keep everyone on schedule, from intros, to first dance, to speeches, to cutting of the cake, to knowing when it was time to let loose. His song selections were on point, and our guests never wanted to leave the floor. Matt and his assistant even helped clear and move tables just to help make the dance floor bigger. In the end, my wife and I and our guests had a great day and it was due in no small part to Matt and L&M Entertainment. I'd recommend them to anyone. read more

We hired Matt for our wedding off of Yelp and were not disappointed! He took the time to answer all of our questions both on the phone and in person before we signed any contracts with him - and believe me we asked a lot! L&M is a small company so you always work with the owner which is great because it gives you a real personal level of service. Matt was cool, calm and collected under pressure - even when our venue threw some curve balls at him when setting up and he handled it gracefully. It was so important that we hired someone who was experienced enough to handle any kind of situation that may arise and although we were skeptical hiring a small company, we were totally sold after speaking with and meeting Matt! Hiring Matt as our wedding DJ was one of the easiest decisions we could have made. He was so professional, fun, and extremely up to date with the latest technology. We had several meetings to discuss what vibe we want musically, and he made sure he had every song we requested beforehand. I hired L&M Entertainment to DJ my mother's 50th birthday party. It was a great decision. They were there on time, were very professional and had our guests dancing around the pool the whole time.
