(NEHG) for being one of the only…read morecompanies in this part of the country apparently that is willing - and more importantly - still able to repair legacy Pella on-frame clip in storm windows correctly. We cracked one such large 36" x 40" unit and neither the OEM dealer network or factory was able to assist us, referring us to local glass companies, several of whom either tried and failed or passed on taking on the project as too difficult. While the 3M plastic sheeting we installed while trying to fix this did work, it looked exactly like it sounds and was not going to be a good long term solution. Enter NEHG who not only accepted the assignment, came back to ensure it was the exact fit (saving us many thousands of dollars in replacement costs for the incumbent) and did so at an extremely cost effective price. Service and support is as equally strong as the final product they reinstalled and they are now in queue for us to do a bathroom mirror replacement project as a result of our confidence in their skills and fair trade approach. Give them your business with confidence and while I hope my review does not create a perfect storm of legacy Pella window owners who might have been looking at their cracked or broken windows and had given up and now will line up for the work, at least know if our project is any such evidence, you are in the best of care having their help.
