It is accessible via MTA NYC Transit at 52nd Street - Lincoln Avenue subway station and followed by a short reasonable walk. I was able to easily locate these standard items. I did used my Staples loyalty card to accumulate rewards points towards future purchase for discount. I have spent a lot of money at Staples corporation through the ensuing years of decades formative teenage years to college young adult to present day of office supplies. I always have a predilection for brick and mortar stationery shops. Unfortunately, too many Staples locations have shuttered in recent years. I, however, will continue for in-person physically patronize Staples. Customer service is very attentive and helpful. The female associate at the cash wrap counter explained that my printer cartridge model has merged with another model at the discretion the brand manufacturer. This is information that I did not know by my printer company Hewlett-Packard (HP). Oh! This female associate also performed a price match which reduces the price of the printer cartridge as I am very grateful. Price is expected as it is in 2026 economic stagflation era for both black and color printer cartridges. I refuse to spend the frivolous $0.05 for either paper or reusable shopping bag as I was equipped with my own reusable bag. I did obtain a sale receipt as keepsake of my purchase. There is a parking lot available that sits on Queens Boulevard.

I decided to just drive to the next nearest one which was this location - but the parking situation here is really difficult to navigate. It's situated on a street that's surrounded by a lot of one way streets - plus one side of the parking lot is totally blocked off, so that was unfortunate. Once I walked in I noticed the for returns was incredibly long - I guess everyone was here trying to do the same thing and make returns after the holidays. Eventually after 20 minutes or so of waiting a few more people jumped behind the return line to help out, and it moved a bit faster. Not sure I'd come back to this location again unless the Amazon returns kiosk breaks again over by me.

There was NO line at Staples, and the return desk is on the first floor. Easy-peasy! No box or label needed, either. Just the QR code. You also get a coupon, although I didn't have time to browse. Not sure if they have 3.5 mm audio cables, which I do need. Anyway, even though the UPS store is closer, Staples was MUCH faster. Bonus: more exercise walking from the apt. Definitely recommend for returns, maybe printer paper too. Think their prices are fair. HP ink is a giant ripoff everywhere.

As well as, a wide selection of pencils, pens, fountain pens, stationary, ledgers, printer toner, other printer needs, and many other treasures.
