Was already in a condition that looked new. He also inspected it, and made sure it was freshened up. So, it really popped. They also have all the Pentel's--picked up one of those. As well as, a wide selection of pencils, pens, fountain pens, stationary, ledgers, printer toner, other printer needs, and many other treasures. Then she explained we need to fill out a form and then without us saying anything she suddenly changed her mind that the space is close today due to the covid19 virus. I asked her where on the website make those notice to customer. She said it's pandemic time that she can't do anything for us if we don't leave she would call security. And she did. Then we went downstairs, the guard downstairs mentioned a small piece of paper with instruction that we need to call to make an appointment and bring a form before visiting. So we did. And after half an hour, they called back saying that they will cancel the appointment because only employees are allowed. However, we just saw some clients went upstairs and telling the guard downstairs they they have an appointment with steel case. More ironically, we have our friend calling the company to make an appointment. my friend was successful. This is extremely discriminating and insulting.

A bit of a strange experience when I got off the elevator, but I made my way back to the shipping counter. Long line. The line moved very quickly, mostly because of the heroic efforts of one Staples employee named Virginia. Fast, friendly, SO helpful. She probably saved me $15 in shipping fees and, despite the looming line, took time to find the smallest box she could use to pack my things. She was patient as I fumbled my forms and was even nice to my old dog. I stopped and told the managers on my way out, and they were just as nice. Don't give up on brick and mortar stores! Kind staff make it so worth it, on every level. And Staples: Virginia needs a raise or a tip jar!!! She's the reason I will be back.

The young women working the printing center were friendly, helpful, and so kind to answer any questions I had. They had my items quickly available and seemed to be willing to re-print anything if there was a problem (which there wasn't). Printing at Staples can be a bit more expensive than other places, but the quick turnaround, the convenience, and the quality of the prints make the price what you would expect. In all, I really appreciated the service I received here and would visit this location again if I found myself in the area!

This is not a very common vertical week-per-page pocket format but I like it because once you open the planner, one week is entirely on one page and the following week on the opposite page. Great if you have a schedule that happens every other week. I can look ahead, even a year ahead if you have next year's planner, and know exactly which week your event takes place without counting weeks on a yearly calendar. There is ample space to write notes. What is amazing about this store is that if the refill is out of stock but they have the planner and cover (the whole set--biweek planner, address/memos insert, and cover)), they will take the biweek planner out of the set and sell it to you for the price of the refill!
