Tommy and his teams are busy, but he responded and we eventually set a date and time. Key item to note this is an arborist vs. just lawn and garden company that cuts down trees. I had a trim on a very large oak that I wanted to keep. They showed up as agreed and were quick efficient and did a fantastic job. Cleaned up the yard afterwards made sure the roof was clean. And had to back a crane in my front yard to get to the larger branches. They carefully backed into a VERY narrow area and even with the supports for the truck; zero damage to the yard - which would not have been a big deal anyway with my front yard, but I know people get grumpy about that.
