We have experienced it all from zero communication/follow up to being ghosted. Well, I am beyond thrilled to say those troubles are gone. Dakota and his team at Diamond Cut Outdoor Solutions have been amazing. I reached out to them for a quote for mow service and heard back on the same day. Dakota was super friendly and accommodating to my availability to schedule a visit to give us an accurate quote. He texted to let me know he was on his way and showed up on time. The pricing was right on par to what we had expected. While he was here, we discussed future plans for our landscaping. He wasn't pushy and trying to sell us on anything. I was not happy with all the saw dust they left from grinding the stump, so I texted Vic and ask him to please remove more of it. He responded that he would stop by, but several weeks have passed and he hasn't bothered to stop by like he said he would. In the midst of taking down the tree, I caught one guy cutting through our flower garden with a wheel barrow, and I had to stop him. They trimmed several trees as well, and they did s nice job on all three. I'd recommend them for trimming, but they lack care and concern for items they move, and fail to put them back in place, or break them. I paid almost $5,000 for the work. I will not use them again.
