He lead us to the display but beyond that couldn't help. I figured it out, but it was kinda annoying. They didn't have 3 combo smoke detector: CO2 detectors on the floor of the kind I needed. I asked if they had more in the back and be immediately said no. Now maybe they don't, but I am skeptical. I ended up buying 2 of 1 and 1 of the other because I needed them today. When I was rung up he exclaimed "Dayum!" Not exactly the reaction I was hoping. Prices are fair for some things. I didn't have time to price compare.

They have made keys for me, created specific paint colors, helped with plumbing solutions, outdoor irrigation and anything else I threw at them. This is like getting help from an uncle or family member. This isn't a Home Depot where the people don't even know the difference in the products they carry. You rarely see customer service like this ever anymore. The prunedale store is bigger and has a wider inventory but I find the staff in castroville more willing to help you figure out exactly what you need for a project. Keep up the great work !!!
