None of us had experienced these treatments before, so we weren't sure what to expect. From start to finish, Jenny was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming. She thoroughly explained how to prepare our skin beforehand and made us feel comfortable throughout each treatment. My grandma, who is not easily impressed, was pleased with the results of her facial. My mom couldn't stop talking about how soft and smooth her skin felt after the sugaring and threading. As for me, it was my first time getting a brow lamination, and Jenny did an amazing job shaping and evening out my brows while giving my entire face a clean, polished look. Because I have extremely sensitive skin, I was a little nervous about having a reaction to the lamination treatment, but everything went perfectly. I also really appreciate that Jenny carefully selects products she personally uses and trusts, choosing only those that meet high international quality standards. My facial included a steam treatment and one of those cool specialty targeted gel masked that covered my entire face except for my nostrils. Then she added a light therapy treatment. It was so relaxing I almost fell asleep lol. It left my face feeling unbelievably smooth and bounce! I've had facials before but I've never had my face feel so soft after a facial before. I definitely need to add this to my self care routine. -My eyelash extensions though... Natalie is truly an artist when it comes to eyelash extensions. I don't know how she does it, but she makes them so full and fluffy. I don't know how to discribe it, except that it has texture. I've added a pic lol. Also, her retention is great! The glue she uses does not hurt my eyes. With other artist I would usually be sensitive to the glue for a few hours after but when I get my lashes done by Natalie I have no issues. Also, she's gentle and she doesn't have heavy or sweaty hands and she doesn't smoke. She also works ambidextrously when lashing... talk about dedication to consistency and perfection. P.S. She works out of an actual salon that's clean and has lots of free parking. Natalie is also certified and she has her esthetician license!!! First and foremost, Anna used a sensitive solution on my lashes without informing me or getting my consent beforehand--something that is completely unacceptable in any professional setting. She was aware that I had a previous lash lift (done over a month prior) but still failed to communicate what she was using on my lashes until after the service. I never agreed to a sensitive formula and should have been given the opportunity to make an informed decision. Secondly, Anna initially told me that a touch-up would be free if the solution was too weak--something we had already discussed at the end of my lash lift appointment. But when I reached out unhappy with the results, she completely backtracked and told me I would need to pay for another service. On top of that, she wrote up an entirely new contract stating that I would need to pay for services, which felt extremely unnecessary and only reinforced how unwilling she was to stand by her original word. Her communication throughout this process made it incredibly clear that she was hesitant to take responsibility or help me feel satisfied with my results. It felt like she was doing everything she could to avoid offering the touch-up she had already promised. To make things worse, she refused to validate parking for the follow-up appointment, which just made it even more obvious that she didn't want to do the touch-up at all. That level of dishonesty and lack of accountability is exactly why I won't be returning. I paid close to $120 for a lash lift that I'm not satisfied with, yet there was no resolution on Anna's end. Completely unprofessional to say the least. Lastly, I want to emphasize that I waited well over a month between lash lifts, and I know my body well enough to recognize that my lashes were not damaged prior to this treatment. The outcome I received was unsatisfactory, and rather than offering a solution, Anna made the situation far more stressful and complicated than it needed to be. I've decided I'd rather pay someone else to fix the mistakes made here than continue dealing with a business that is this untrustworthy and unprofessional. On top of taking my money elsewhere, I will be telling everyone I know to also take their business elsewhere and stay away from this shady business.

Megan was very professional and knowledgeable during the consultation. She answered all my questions and drew on a set of brow measurements to see exactly which areas were sparse. The actual procedure was fairly painless though certainly kind of weird to have someone with needles near your eyes. Luckily she was quick and efficient. Afterwards my brows looked so thick and full! After a few days it peels like a sunburn and gets a little flaky. You have to baby them a lot - no sun, no soaking in water, keep it clean. After they peeled it almost looked like it fell out in places. Megan reassured me that they would come back darker in a few weeks when fully healed.
