When I picked up my car, the gal at the front desk was so so so rude to a Walmart delivery driver. I was sickened by the way she spoke to and about the lady- even after she was long gone. Finally picked up the truck and they used dirty cloths to wash the tinted window and left hairline scratches in the tint.. Their answer to this was there were a few bubbles in the tint....WTH does that have to do with anything....They also said they'd have it cleaned up and washed and ready. It looked like they used a dirty wash rag to wash the truck with...Not very clean. Left polishing compound crusted in the door channel. While their prices are reasonable, you'll get what you pay for..... Received a call from the owner this morning and it was agreed that communication was a big problem in this minor repair. He offered to replace the scratched tint and apologized for the inconvenience. Very productive conversation. I hope they follow through with everything we talked about...

Well the rim popped off the tire machine while they where doing the R&R of the tire. This was a brand new 750 dollar BMW 550I. I didn't want the kid to get stuck paying for it. SO I told them I'd get the rim refinished. It was$130 bucks at Wheel connection. It was 15 bucks worth of paint materials and MAYBE 2 hours of labor. So all in all Wheel connection had $30 bucks invested.. It took them two weeks to get this done and when I drove 3 hours round trip to pick it up. It was done HALF ASSED. NOT only that. The rear part of the rim wasn't even sprayed. 10 mins of extra work and the materials that they threw away could've covered it....I had them double check for OUT OF ROUNDNESS. and he said it was off a hair. SO they fixed it....(REMEMBER I SAID IT WAS A NEW RIM) Wheel they hit the rim and did a minor weld...CHECK my facebook and you'll see what I mean.... The basecolor was shot thin and the clear is dry in some spots,Along with trash in the clear....MANNNNNNN I hate getting riped off..I knew I should've not sent it there when I saw all the other negitive post.......................
