The employees were all super nice and helpful. They had some good sales going on (40% off shelf and 20% off red tagged item through the store). My first time to this location and it was easy and quick. The ladies that were working the day I came in were the sweetest!! I came in looking for hair fragrance and one of the employees directed me to where I would find my options. She also helped me pick one out according to the scents I mentioned to her that I like. L'Occitane is a French line skincare/fragrance shop here in the midst of our Cabazon Outlets, CA., on the way to Palm Springs, CA., I shopped in this store last few trips to Cabazon, Outlets, aka Desert Hills Premium Outlets but just lagged writing this review. I always shop their Holiday sets and the products I bought before would be wrapped in gift boxes. I had more various designs of their gift boxes saved from here and more make up bags. I'll get around to posting more pics of these make up pouches and gift boxes soon. Just gotta love the designs of their make up bags a the ones I have shared with my past purchases. The products I liked were: their hand creams. I think my favorite scent was the Verbena. Got more products I bought to post soon. read more

Braved a 100 plus degree day and glad we stopped in here! Well stocked with sale and regular items, we were able to purchase a couple soap/lotion gift packs while the ladies working there helped us through the buying process. It is especially convenient to try a lot of the samples as well. L'occitane is more than just their famous hand lotion! I've dabbled with their men's skin care line over the years and can attest to good products. We also received 20% off the entire order for signing up for emails, a nice added bonus ! read more

Fans of L'Occitane will love this outlet store because prices are around 50% cheaper for the regular stuff and some other items are often 75% off. However, new arrivals aren't generally on sale. There are so many sample sizes to choose from so you can try them out before dishing out all that money for the larger size should you not like it., Customer service is excellent! The lady didn't mind all the questions we were asking and even gave lil guy stickers. I don't care how great a product is, if customer service sucks, I can choose to go to another location and not have to deal with bad salespeople. This location makes shopping such a pleasure! read more

Sorry to say that neither of the associates said hi to me the first time I walked in, which is a concern considering it is a very small location (most of them are) I was the only customer in store & it looked like the 2 associates were busy doing something. Not the best first impression. However, on my second trip in, the service was good. Associates were very friendly & knowledgeable. The prices are good if you are comparing them to the retail locations. Glad I decided to give them a second chance. It just goes to show, everyone has bad days. Try their glycerine hand soaps. They're amazing. But you'll need to buy their hand cream to counter act the "drying" effect the soap can have. Hummnn...is that how they get you? read more

I recommend you skip this store. I am an African American sr citizen out shopping for the day. The old clerk had a long stare, no hello. She never took her eyes off me with a stern ugly face. Once I could I turned to leave the store (space), noticed when a couple entered the store she smiled and was all over them. A young sales person ran over to say hello to me, I waived her off, she asked me to come back. I was very offended by the old clerk's behavior as I have shopped at several other L'Occitane shops with nothing but joy. She does not fit the ambiance. I will go back to the other stores. read more

The best buys on last seasons jams and jellies are great! However if you like the mainstay items like Cade you'll pay full retail. So remember when you buy last seasons stuff and you love it, well you're screwed. read more

Love this store for the discount off retail. Depending on the product, you can expect discounts between 10% to as deep as deep as 75%. I stumbled across the Erborian brand in my recent visit which is a French-Korean brand; their matcha green tea perfect morning BB mask was marked 75% off. Love how it brightens the face. We wanted more but live 2 hours away. Luckily, Kelly C. the store manager at this location, was able to assist us with a phone order. What's even more awesome is that this particular L'Occitane store is an outlet store so about half of items are discounted and ridiculously cheap for such a high quality product. If you like driving, then it's worth a drive to L'Occitane at the Cabazon Outlet Mall. We stopped here on our way back from Palm Springs and aren't I glad we did. For the longest time, I used the Body Buffer from L'Occitane, as this loofah exfoliates the skin and leaves your skin feeling smooth. Whatever the reason may be, the Body Buffer was discontinued awhile ago but this store happened to have some extras. I bought enough to last me at least a few months, as they were 50% off, which was only $4 each! The staff was alright, but I wasn't too concerned about them, I was glad to get my items at such a good deal. read more

I was in the store for about 5 minutes. Not a single one of the 3 workers acknowledged our presents. Not a single hello or anything. Kinda stupid considering that you sell $50 bottles of cream. We walked thru the entire store without being helped and we walked out without then even being noticed. I was actually going to buy products. Too bad.
