Either human resources from Df & CCO is doing something wrong or the people who apply for this job are just extremely unfriendly to begin with, but SOMETHING needs to be changed!! I've witnessed many customers being given the cold shoulder and mocked by the workers here simply because those customers didn't speak English very well or had more than one question to ask the sales associate. Df & CCO: please have the decency to train your sale associates with simple costumer service etiquettes, or you'll be losing A LOT of valuable customers!! If you're in the market for a Clarisonic Mia though, they sell it here for only $90 (compared to the $150-200 you'll pay elsewhere). I guess this good deal is a trade off for the god awful customer service.

They also offer pencil eyeliners and other stuff for the four for $40 deal. They also carry lotions and creams at lower prices than your department store. Great deal, I won't be visiting my regular Lancome counters as long as I have Df & Cco. *Now that I've made it home I'm wondering if this was a limited time offer/sale price or the regular outlet price.
