Despite being out of stock on the particular fragrance my wife wanted, they seemed to be well stocked overall.

Now, gas be expensive. I can't be driving out to the desert all the time to hit the Cabazon Outlets lol Every now and then though, yes! I am there. The selection of stores is good. Plenty of stores to get your shop on. Some of the stores include Nike, Coach and many other high end stores. There's tons! You could easily drop a good amount of money here lol Service varies by store, but seems to be good overall. There's bathrooms are very nice and clean! Love that.

Certain area of this huge complex are currently undergoing remodeling so several businesses are closed. During this recent visit, I noticed very few customers unlike my previous and many visits where this place was PACKED and nearly impossible to find a parking spot. It actually felt sad shopping here and appeared as though many businesses are desperate for customers. 90% of the stores I noticed, had, "50-70% off" posters displayed on the front windows or "entire store on clearance" posters. There were also two businesses with, "going out of business forever" posters on their front windows. As a shopper, this means great savings on many items but when my of my favorite athletic shoe stores (ASICS) is no longer here, this can't be a good sign. A security guard I spoke to shared that business has been unusually slow this summer. I hope that retailers are not planing on leaving and this just happens to be not only a slow day for shopping but an entire summer of customers staying away.

Either human resources from Df & CCO is doing something wrong or the people who apply for this job are just extremely unfriendly to begin with, but SOMETHING needs to be changed!! I've witnessed many customers being given the cold shoulder and mocked by the workers here simply because those customers didn't speak English very well or had more than one question to ask the sales associate. Df & CCO: please have the decency to train your sale associates with simple costumer service etiquettes, or you'll be losing A LOT of valuable customers!! If you're in the market for a Clarisonic Mia though, they sell it here for only $90 (compared to the $150-200 you'll pay elsewhere). I guess this good deal is a trade off for the god awful customer service.

Four Lancome items for $40!!! So basically its like receiving two free eyeliners and a discounted second eyeliner. I got two brown and noir (black) artliners. They also offer pencil eyeliners and other stuff for the four for $40 deal. They also carry lotions and creams at lower prices than your department store. Great deal, I won't be visiting my regular Lancome counters as long as I have Df & Cco. *Now that I've made it home I'm wondering if this was a limited time offer/sale price or the regular outlet price. So if thats all you're driving to Cabazon for, please do call them ahead of time.

The deals are for quality products too. It's not cheap just because it's an outlet. You can find some awesome deals here. The service was good. I haven't visited in years, but one store I used to come to (James Perse) no longer exists, and due to the last experience I had there, I'm not really missing them. However now I returned since they have a Gianvito Rossi outlet, something I certainly never expected to find. Given the very few shops they have within the United States, this was worth coming to. I didn't find anything for myself, but it was nice to see their presence here. Not too far was a Stuart Weitzman and Jimmy Choo (again, no luck). Even though I left empty-handed, they still have a great selection here, more so than Camarillo outlets.
