I went in there to get the hand sanitizers because they were having a 6 for 10 deal. I was highly disappointed when two days later all the hand sanitizers went on sale for a dollar. The store does a good job of keeping a wide selection of products in stock, making it easy to find seasonal collections as well as favorite year-round fragrances. The only downside was the customer service during my visit. There didn't seem to be enough employees on the sales floor, so it was difficult to find someone when I had questions or needed assistance. The staff members who were there were polite, but they didn't seem very available to help customers because they appeared to be stretched too thin. Overall, Bath & Body Works offers excellent products and a great selection, especially their amazing hand sanitizers. With a few more team members available to assist shoppers, the in-store experience would be even better.

I wanted a squishy mole removed and it seemed like she didn't want to remove it. She did end up removing it and also freezing some skin tags. So I got done what I wanted to get done, but it wasn't a pleasant experience. This place used to be great. When I came previously I felt good leaving and have recommended this office to others.
