Lisa was very knowledgeable about all of the products that the store had. Also, I asked about this leave in conditioner and she knew exactly what I was talking about. Lastly, Lisa was willing to give us samples so we could try things out at home and if we liked them we could come back. Lisa told us all about these party packages that lush has that customers can bring their friends and make bath bombs or soaps. There are also fun activities you can do. I've been to three of their locations, White Plains, NY; BOCA Raton, FL; and Third Avenue in NYC. They take your money but do not provide the promised services or products. I have been trying to order refill products for several months with no success. The NYC and BOCA locations are now closed, although the owners in BOCA, who were paid substantially for services, have now reopened under a different name and will not honor my contract. NYC closed completely and White Plains has a voicemail saying they are closed temporarily and to leave a message but no one calls back. I've also sent them emails, but to no avail. In my opinion it is a big scam!

I wanted a nice radiant glow which I felt could have been better, but was told afterwards that my skin looked more even. Fine, that's why they got two stars instead of one. What I found odd from the beginning was that no one wanted to consult with me about the chemical peel. Luckily I already knew like I've already mentioned. The manager who was the only one there barely talked to me and even left me alone with the peel on to go back to the front of the store to help someone else! What if I had a bad reaction? My chemical peel was at most 10minutes long. She cleaned my face, applied the peel and washed it off. No cream afterwards, and no extractions even with her commenting on my problem areas. She couldn't go ahead to do that even if it wasn't apart of the peel? I believe the groupon mentions that you get a hydrating cream after. Too bad I didn't speak up.
