There's a light, natural smell to the products, and they work wonders for my skin. I have dry, patchy, red skin and I've found products that actually work. Hello, I'm just a regular girl here who found herself walking in the mall one day and then two salesmen stopped me dead in my tracks. Now, it is not so unusual to be stopped and given a free sample, but this day was different. A new person asked me to try one of the products and see the results for myself. So I did just that and here's what happened next. The products they used on me, knocked years off of my face in minutes. OMG! I kid you not, after continued use (I'd say as early as a week later) I got mistaken for a model TWICE during fashion week! (Whaat?! IKR?! & I'm a mom with a kid in college) Things you need to know. Number one this is a luxury spa. It's pricey. It is on the higher end range of costs, in my opinion, WORTH the coin I paid. Number two, I used two products the Advanced Eye Serum and Advanced Eye Cream. (Everyone knows eye creams are notorious for not working, but let me tell you Apeiro Infinite Beauty is the truth! I can't believe I'm putting myself out there like this, but I need you to know! So, check out these comparison photos of the left side versus the right side of my face. There is no more sagging on the left side where the product was applied under the eye. If it did this on me just IMAGINE what wonders it could do for those with puffier under-eye bags. I have been a client of Infinite Beauty for quite some time. I spent quite a large sum of money purchasing a contract. I feel I was completely duped. I've been to three of their locations, White Plains, NY; BOCA Raton, FL; and Third Avenue in NYC. They take your money but do not provide the promised services or products. I have been trying to order refill products for several months with no success. The NYC and BOCA locations are now closed, although the owners in BOCA, who were paid substantially for services, have now reopened under a different name and will not honor my contract. NYC closed completely and White Plains has a voicemail saying they are closed temporarily and to leave a message but no one calls back. I've also sent them emails, but to no avail. Associates all geared up to lie and pretend that the eye cream and facial had made a difference to my skin so that I would shell out $8000 for 10 facials and the Perfectio infra red light retailing at $4500. Who has that kind of money to purchase something they know nothing about. I left. I researched. I purchased a brand new Perfectio Plus from EBay for $750. Haven't noticed an improvement in my skin yet - 3 weeks of using. The company say it takes 12 weeks but at least I didn't pay $4500! Horrendous pressure. Just as one of the other commenters had said, it is indeed very sad how pushy and desperate for a sale, preying on older women and their insecurities. You'll notice that the strategy is to have someone standing outside of the stall or their store, passing out a sample cream saying, "Miss, for you! FREE." Obviously, in the business world and marketing, you will need catchphrases and things to be said are free in order to attract customers. I purchased the $300 syringe sized cream that's meant for wrinkle lifting, supposedly supposed to be IMMEDIATELY affective. It is the size of your finger, which they claim to last a year. They don't even let you talk, they just keep pushing and pushing. The lady told me that I could receive a free facial that is 20 minutes long, and apparently worth $600. Right.... cause a 20-minute facial would be that costly. Anyway, since I already purchased the cream for my mother, I might as well have taken her to it. We arrived at our said appointment a week later, and all they did was sit my mom down in a chair, talk about the "flaws" on her face and make her feel insecure enough to buy a bundle of three creams, for a "HUGE SPECIAL SAVING OF $20,000." Wow, the audacity. It wasn't even 14 minutes into just a bunch of talking, I shook my head, and stopped the lady right there and told her that we are not being dragged into a fake facial promise in order to purchase a $7000-20,000 product. I stated the woman who set the appointment/sold me the product said we would receive a damn facial, so why are you having my mother sit in a chair and all you do is put a smidge of cream on one side of her cheek and that's it? I took a picture of her face and said there is absolutely no result, so stop with the preying on people's insecurities. She said my mother, who is ASIAN that her skin wasn't white enough. Excuse me?? I would like to say that while my initial visits to this location may have been negative that they should not reflect the staff as a whole or the Brand as a whole. I've gone into the Manhattan store before because it isn't far from my job, but this time I figured I would finally give the White Plains store a try. I have wanted to come inside this store for a while, but I never got the chance to until now. I like that the White Plains store isn't too far away from my house. Infinite Beauty isn't one of those types of store chains that are ONLY in Manhattan. They cater to people who live in or near the suburbs too. When I went to the Manhattan store, I didn't buy any of their products, but I wanted to splurge on some products in the White Plains store. I was curious about their Dead Sea collection because I have heard that Dead Sea products are great for the skin. I bought the bath crystals and the hand cream. I also wanted to buy one of their diamond-infused body butters. OMG! Let me tell you. The products are fabulous! The body butter makes my skin feel silky smooth, and it's supposed to protect from free radicals. The bath crystals give off a smell that helps me to distress, and the hand cream literally feels like gloves are on my hands. The cream is like a protective coating over both of my hands. Ugh, I am addicted to these products. The staff at the White Plains store is just as professional and friendly as the ones in Manhattan. It was quick and easy to set up a facial appointment with them. The store is clean and quiet, too. It is definitely worth it to stop by here while you are doing your shopping. read more

While walking by one of sales associates asked me to Let him put the eye cream on me... and I did - i have fine lines and the beginning of crows feet - I don't know what they put on the eye because the product did make my eye look different but 400 dollars later the product did nothing - it is all a SCAM - they talked me into buying a year worth of facial cream and eye cream and facials.... they said it was a natural facelift no surgery... NOT TRUE!!! I HAVE BEEN GOING NOW FOR 6 months and there is NO CHANGE.... NOTHING!! When I told her there was nothing different she gave me a "special Facial" they used an eye tool with the red light and said this was an advanced eye treatment that isn't out yet... she showed me a video of the show Dr's and said that was what they did - then tried to sell it to me for 3 Thousand dollars!!! I gave them thousands of dollars in the summer to get rid of my crows feet and wrinkles around the eyes and it did nothing!! I recently bought L'Oréal eye cream and I see a difference already!!! 30 dollars compared to a scam and thousands of dollars... go to CVS and get a brand that really works!! I don't understand how this service is not more popular in my city, this spa is offering the best service with the best price possible for a spa that uses top notch products. From the first week I started here I felt the difference in my skin, how it felt softer and less greasy. It's also good to mention that they have a very fexible schedule which is perfect for me since I am always busy because of my work. I like to go to this spa at the end of the day to get a relaxing face mask that eliminates the excess of greasiness and takes the stress out too. Apeiro's best invention so far! I got this cream for my mom to help her fix her skin from the damage sun has done. She used to have sun spots on her cheeks and she used this night cream for a few days and the change was noticed immediately. It's super easy and comfortable to use because you don't have to worry about having to wash it off before bed. At this spa they offer a wide variety of treatments and products, such as LED Therapy, which I was afraid to start using but the employees explained to me that this therapy does not cause any type of pain and that it helps to kill the bacteriathat cause things like acne and blackheads on the skin. I decided to try the treatment out. So far it has worked wonderfully for me, my skin is softer than before and it feels so much better in general. My mother (Marie) and I have passed this place multiple times in The Westchester and we paid no mind to it. Daniella was able to get my mom hooked on the Deep Moisturizer and the Deep Facial Peeling. The results simply by some swatches on her arm were incredible. She understood the anatomy and exactly what my mother's skin needed and that is what matters! Dark spots and fine lines ceased and it was amazing what these products may do. My mother has sensitive skin and has battled acne for the vast majority of her life and these products really made a difference. Although, these products may not work for everyone and people may of had a different experience, our experience here was spectacular and will come again. read more

This place isn't as great as it seems. I came here a few months ago and there were a lot of things that are seriously wrong. The people working here are so pushy with products and trying to book facials. I gave in and when i went into the room, it was extremely cramped, the music being blasted on the other side of the door (they were playing Beyonce) was overpowering the relaxing spa music inside the room so i had to tell the esthetician to turn off the spa music. It was very uncomfortable. When she finished she stepped out the room to let me get dressed, i looked around and noticed THERE WAS NO UV STERILIZER CABINET ANYWHERE TO BE SEEN! THAT'S UNSANITARY AND ILLEGAL! Talk about CROSS CONTAMINATION. All they had was hand sanitizer... I didn't bother tipping the esthetician because she put my health at risk. What if i had caught something? Gross! Now i've been to a few spas before, but I also noticed that there is no consultation? Like, they don't ask you if you have any allergies, if you're on any antibiotics, if you take acne medications, any contraindications that could make your conditions WORSE. After reading some of the reviews below I feel I should put in my two cents....or My $300 worth rather. I experienced the same high-pressure sales that others did while just trying to walk past to get to my car parked outside of Norstrom. Mall walkers BEWARE! I was offered a "free" sample, then was complimented on my skin but it was observed that I exhibited some "stress" around my eyes. (I'm 53...DUH). The girl said...let me get you a different sample for your eyes. So I waited outside the door and she was waving me in...so like a dummy, I followed. She didn't give me a sample...instead, she started spreading stuff on my face...going on and on about the lifting effect....my fine lines disappearing....etc. She was AMAZED...NEVER saw such dramatic results so quickly! When I kept saying no...the price got cheaper and cheaper. Finally, she said (whispered this big secret) that she was going to "activate her own personal family points" so that I could get the product half price and also get a free facial of my choice. I admit...I did like the eye cream and I DO get facials so I thought ok...free facial? I'll do it. THEN...when she's ringing me up she says....OMG...I didn't realize this but you even qualify for our non-surgical facelift! Worth $600. Begged me to keep all this between us because she was doing something very unusual for me so that I would hopefully send her more customers. I know darn well....once I let them get their hands on me again....they're going to mercilessly pressure me into more products and I'm just not interested. Nothing is free and my time and sanity is more precious to me than temporarily losing my hard-earned wrinkles! I'll use my stupid eye cream and will be sure to walk on the other side of the mall next time I'm trying to get to my car. This store engages fraudulent business practices. Sales receipts state full refund within 7 days of purchase. I returned unopened products in two days. They gave me a false refund receipt that was not reflected in my account. When I tried to have them rectify this, they referred me to "corporate" which is telephone number without any name attached. read more

They are complete con artists and their staff is trained to be aggressive sales people...a far cry from their positioning of offering infinite beauty and making people feel beautiful. They took full advantage of my elderly mother who is very obviously no longer mentally independent. She wondered off at the Westchester Mall and by the time she was found they had sold her $8,000 in an annual subscription of facials with no return. In the time that she has gone for her facials, since we could not get our money back for her annual subscription, they further took advantage of her and sold her a $20,000 (YES...$20,000) home care facial machine. When she tried to return it, they conned her into a deal by discounting it to $9,000 and giving her 5 years of non-specified services. It is absolutely disgusting to me that the staff here would take such advantage of an elderly and very clearly senile woman. For this reason alone, I would strongly suggest any future guest to think twice about doing business with this spa. read more

Actually very likable if you enjoy being sold things like the George Washington Bridge. Actually, I owe them- their spiel encouraged me to run down to Sephora and get some stuff. It's just so out of context, being hauled into their salon in the middle of a very rushed shopping trip, when one is dead tired and feeling all of one's age.
