Penciling them in everyday was time consuming for me, so I decided to get them tattooed again. Laure helped me figure out the best shape for my new brows. She also placed them slightly higher on my face so that more of my eyelid shows. I have droopy eyes, so having my brows slightly higher makes my whole face look lifted. I am VERY happy with my new brows. I have also had several micro-needling sessions with Laure. This procedure triggers more production of collagen and elastin in your face. The collagen and elastin fill in fine lines and wrinkles with your body's own natural youth serum. I noticed a difference after just one session. My skin was smoother, softer, and less wrinkled. I got my eyebrows and eyeliners done with Laure - she is AMAZING and super intense which can be quite entertaining heehee :D 1) The space is spacious, bright and clean... BUT the washroom is located a walk away and you need a key to open it yadayada 2) Laure is such a perfectionist :-) and I thought I was bad haha! She works fast but is super meticulous and detail-oriented, so she takes her time but doesn't dilly-dally if you get what I mean! My skin was stubborn and it was difficult to "take" pigment, so my procedure went from a normal 2+1 hours to almost 4+3 hours - even though Laure was pressed for time, she kept thinking of different methods to help my pigment-resistant skin and persisted until everything was 100% perfect ...And the end-results really were perfect!! she does fine hair-like strokes that I couldn't tell apart from my real eyebrow hair :-D amazing!! 3) It was $400 for my eyebrows (1 intitial + 1 follow-up) and $400 for my eyeliner (1 intitial + 1 follow-up) + another $40 on post-procedure recovery products Laure she didn't charge me more even though I took up so much more effort and time than her usual clients :-) you can tell she isn't in it just for the money, she takes pride in her works of art ;-) ...Cash only btw! 4) Some elaboration on the "intense-but-entertaining" part, Laure doesn't really use euphemisms or butter you up in conversations - she'll tell it to your face if your skin is horrible and would point out if she thinks you've done permanent damage to your hair/skin... I had my eyebrows and eyeliner done a few months ago. I researched quite a bit until I found Laure. I love the natural look of the strokes she does on eyebrows. She is very professional and a perfectionist, which is great when you are getting tattoos on your face! Like someone else mentioned, the eyebrows only hurt in the very beginning, then it was pretty much pain free. I have a scar splitting one of my eyebrows in half; it was a little more challenging for Laure but she persisted and did a great job with it. The eyeliner was a little more painful but that's what you should expect getting tattooed right around your eyes. Laure spends a lot of time on her work, first with the consultation then with the two visits. After the initial tattoos, she has you wait a month, then books a return appointment for you to go back in for a touch up. I'm very, very happy with my eyebrows and eyeliner. Everyone says they are very natural and I love that it takes me so little time now getting ready every day! My 84 year old mom even had Laure do her eyebrows and loves them!
