Late review, but I went there in July to get a brow consultation and was recommended to get the nano service. Gloria was the artist and drew in the brows during the consultation that she thought would suit me and though I loved it (I didn't have her make any changes), I had to get used to its fullness on my face. Even after the nano service, I still had to get used to them, but it looked great. Eventually I got used them and didn't like how it started to fade. After the 4-week update, I was happy to see the fuller brows again but it is starting to fade a bit, but not as fast as the initial service. Not sure if it will last a year, but I will see. I had my brows done here 3 years ago with Imah and I would not go back. I had loved the photos online so chose this business, but made a poor judgment as the photos likely were the owner's good work and not the other staff. The owner was a lot more expensive and had a long wait time so I used Imah instead. First of all, I had to return many times to fix my brows. She had left a random dot on the edge of my brow which is still there today. She also did way too much shading that I still have very dark filled in brows. They do not look natural at all. I'm still waiting for them to fade so I can fix them and try again for a more natural look. This was my second microblading experience, the first one being much more natural. I found that at my consult and appointment here, both people commented about the redness left behind which I didn't see. Maybe it's a way to create a perception that they were experts? Anyways, I've been meaning to write this for years and since a friend just got her brows done elsewhere, it reminded me how much I dislike my brows. Replying to owner: the color didn't change over time, it looked like a sharpie from the updated pigment you mentioned in 2020 and did not change. Still looked like the work was done with a sharpie in 2024 when I started laser removal. I'm not aware of the pigments that you used, I trusted you as the professional. I think readers would agree that no one would ask for this. This has been my biggest regret unfortunately. I asked for shading and came away with what looks like sharpie eyebrows. I was told it would fade, it didn't. I spent the next 5 years hating looking at myself and taking pictures. Ming is the best and worth every penny. I researched microblading options all over the Bay Area for years and chose Ming because of her superb, ultra-natural work. I had my microblading done in November 2019. She reshaped my brows and used a light touch -- I was shocked that my brows looked amazing and not crazy dark even immediately after the appointment. I've seen friends post-microblading with quite scary looking dark brows and that wasn't the case for me. Let me start by saying I got eyeliner because I have recently developed a slight tremor in my right hand. I realized I couldn't apply it myself. I cannot thank Ming enough for doing my lip blushing tattoo back in april. She's amazing. I waited to make this review but it is now almost August and they still look so beautiful like when I first got it. I wanted them to be super natural at first because I was skeptical, but I ended up going back again in May for a touch up because I was committed and wanted to go darker. You must go to Fatimah (Imah) to get your eyebrows done! She will work with you to ensure you are very happy with your eyebrows. She is a perfectionist (in a good way). In our first session back in Oct 2023, she was in no hurry until she got it right. After we were done and I was getting ready to go, she asked if she could just add a few more strokes to balance the look. I was so thankful she cared so much; it was also past her normal work hours. She is also so kind and has a way of making you feel comfortable. My eyebrows had a light pinkish coloring from having done my brows from 1.5 years before. After the first session with Imah, a lot of the color faded within a few weeks and I could see the pink. I was a little concerned. When I reached out to Imah, she immediately put my mind at ease. She told me not to worry and assured me she knew exactly what she need to do in our touch-up session in Nov 2023. She was 100% right. I was very satisfied with the results after touch-up. This time, the nanoblading did not fade in the same way as first session. In order to ensure she didn't miss any spots and allow for touch-up, she scheduled a follow-up session for early Feb 2024. Just got my 4-6 week touch up for microblading+shading my eyebrows with Gloria and she is amazing!! From my first appointment last month, I was welcomed with kindness and warmth. Gloria took the time to listen to what I wanted for my brows and executed perfectly. Her attention to detail and precision shows that she is truly a master of her craft! My touch up today was really quick an easy: numbing process and then straight to work. Gloria continuously checked in to see how I was doing in terms of pain and kept double checking her work to make sure all looks perfect. Going through the healing process was tough because when they flaked up and started itching I really wanted to pick at them LOL, but I trusted the process and my brows came out beautiful. Having them done really saves me time getting ready in the morning and even when I choose to bare face a day, I don't feel empty not having eyebrows. If you're still considering, I suggest you do it! Mika is incredibly amazing! I was very nervous because I had never had micro blading (nor tattoo) before , but they turned out fabulous. My eyebrows were kind of ugly, and now they make me look gorgeous! Throughout her work Mika kept good communication with me to make sure if I was okay with the results. The best part was that she made me very comfortable during the session. I highly recommend to having micro blading with Mika. She also does head massage, which is incredibly good!!! If you are stressed out you may need her massage on your head. You will feel like you were a sleeping baby in mother's arms...so soft and tender...makes you forget what troubles you... I'm in menopause and sleeping disorders troubles me a lot recently, but only when I get her massage I can sleep all through the night without waking up. Try once and you will never regret. read more

Well, Ming found my long lost sisters!!!! It is absolutely incredible. After the 2 weeks healing period, the final product looks like it was the brows that was lost for the last 40 years!!! It looks so natural!!! Ming is so amazing! I didn't really give her much instructions or preference, she just went to work. Although, I did enjoy the fabulous first few days when the brows were 2 shades darker since it looks like perfect make up, but my goal was to get natural looking brows. The healing process was just as stated clearly on the website. It was scary for a few days when it was scabbing, my brows looks like an uneven zebra. But as promised once it was done, it was perfect!
