I ordered a cab for 9:15-9:30 and called at 9:40 to confirm its arrival since I was still waiting. The person who answered the phone (after two previous calls going unanswered) said that he did not have anything down for that time and that he was the only person there who would have answered the call. I proceeded to provide some detail on the conversation I had at time of booking (it was very specific) and the person said, "I am trying to get you a cab if you would stop babbling." (Direct quote!) In shock, I asked if he was the manager and he said, "No I'm not the manager, I'm the owner!" along with some other incredibly rude remarks and an extremely condescending tone. After that, I informed him that a cab would not be needed after such treatment and he said, "That's fine, have a nice life!" I absolutely cannot believe it. At no point was I rude, condescending, or disrespectful. To be treated so disrespectfully by the *owner* of the company for trying to utilize a service THEY provide is truly shocking. I am appalled and disappointed and encourage anyone trying to use a cab to look elsewhere. If an Uber was available, I would have definitely taken it in a heartbeat but unfortunately none were free at my time of need. I have never been so disrespected for trying to be a decent, paying customer. Never again!

I think they have like 3 or 4 of them now, plus a Civic Hybrid. Personally, I enjoy supporting a cab company that tries to help the environment. The rates aren't any higher than the normal taxi goons in this town. I always use Green Cab when I need to be dropped off at the airport. In nearly two years, I've never had a bad experience. To be blunt, there is NO reason to use the other taxi companies in this town when you have Green Cab at your service. They're professional, friendly, and punctual.

When the driver saw us, he stayed in the van and did not offer to help us put our luggages in his van. HOW RUDE! Luckily, the friend I was with had parents who lived in East Lansing. (Thank God they were out of town!) We went to her folks' house, then had to call my then-fiance (now husband) to come get us. He drove right to our destination and the fare was lower than we expected. There is no meter in the cab, so you might want to ask the price when you call on the phone. When we needed to go back to the train station a few days later, we called them again and they were able to pick us up on short notice. Again, no meter in the cab, but the fare was the same low price and the driver was friendly.

When I protested, he gave me some line about the center telling him it would be a $15 fare because of where *he* came from, south of town. When I explained that it didn't matter from whence he came, only where he took me, he said he would settle for $10, saying that "they" were supposed to have told me that it was going to be a $15 charge when I ordered the taxi in the first place. If I had known that calling Kash Cab was the equivalent of being transported though time and space to a third world country where we haggle for prices, I would have walked to work. I even paid off one limo as my deposit to secure my reservation. I recently called 3 weeks ago as I had not heard anything from this vendor and wanted to pay off the other limo since some time had passed since the deposit. I talked to at least 3 different employees all of whom said would have to call me back and also stating they did not have the second limo and would have to contact ANOTHER limo company to get the limo I had already reserved back in July. I even had one employee try talking me into 2 smaller SUVs and a car when I had stated I want my bridal party to be together. Never ONCE did I receive a phone call back and the miscommunication between the employees was truly unprofessional. I finally booked with another limo service and asked for my money back. I'm very sad as this company was at the top the recommended vendor list given to me by my venue.
