Mike and Carrie take a consultative approach with their patients and advise on what is necessary along with advice on being proactive with potential work that could avoid problems down the road. They are genuine and honest and that to me is the most important aspect of any type of healthcare. I took the guard into a check up with my periodontist and he informed me that this guard requires a specific shape as to prevent the jaw from locking up during sleep. The shape of my guard is not correct and my jaw momentarily caught on the guard during the exam. Dr. Murray's office is refusing to make good on the guard. They are also refusing to issue any type of refund of the $500.00 paid for the guard.

While Summit was able to get me a new retainer, the quality is questionable at best. I sought out a female practitioner and team who advertised experience and understanding of dental anxiety, but everyone I spoke to seemed ambivalent or even confused anytime I expressed concern about money or the quality of the work that was being done. I'm stuck with subpar fillings and will have to find a new provider anyway; I would caution new patients before pursuing care here.

On Monday (8/10/26) I needed to have two cavities filled which I have not needed in 20+ years. I was understandably anxious after some poor experiences at other practices.
