Towing is about the only thing he has going for his business. His guys working for him are great guys and so are the mechanics who can put up with his shady behavior and don't care about their reputations being destroyed. His ASE certified mechanics have left his shop to save their names in a small town like Mt. Orab where you are only as good as your word.
