It was recently beautifully refurbished into an oasis of an artisan strip mall and offers surprises both inside and out. The venue is wonderfully landscaped and offers great curb appeal, with ambient lighting and drought tolerant vegetation. The parking area is small but there are reserved spaces in a lot across the street where Low Pigeon Coffee is located. The exterior retains its original "mill" charm with natural wood siding and large industrial windows. You'd have no idea it housed several businesses from the front and that is what I appreciate. The facade was kept to look like how it always has, so it remains in tune with the neighborhood rather than sticking out like a sore thumb. You'll find the coolest courtyard just beyond the entrance which is shared by all businesses. It is well lit and offers ample seating and a few clean restrooms. I've been when there is live music and it's the ideal place to enjoy a beverage under the evening sky. There are a handful of small businesses occupying The Mill. I love the vibe of Potek Wine, the interior is intimate and the exposed barrels make for a nice backdrop. I'd say the star of the show is the Third Window Brewing which offers a large main room along with a secondary private patio and a rotating restaurant which varies from their in-house menu to nightly popup dining. To shop here you have to be spending a pretty penny. I won't rate less stars because of this - I just want to acknowledge for fellow readers this is not an outlet, there are no deals - this is a spot for luxury shopping and that's A okay. Staff at all the shops were were courteous and welcoming. And reasonable Valet parking is also available. Was so much fun to be greeted right away by Tedde and her Garden Shop, Scenery Floral. Tedde is a Curator, Art Historian, and Stylist. She has a nice selection of plants, pottery, garden tools, and so much more. So nice to see the beauty in this small and welcoming outdoor space. Although we did not have a lot of time to truly explore, we did walk in and out of several shops and definitely look forward to bring family and friends for some serious Retail Therapy. No one to ask, no phone number to call. Now I fear that I can't even shop or eat in the center, for fear of being towed. I find this infuriating to say the least. There is a 2 hour limit, and we never are there more than an hour. They didn't put a notice on the jaguar or the BMW! Parkers beware, don't know if it safe to park there if your car is older.

This Coach Factory is open with tons of great items and discounts for you. Very organized with everyone super helpful. Coach items are all discounted and there are purses, wallets, umbrellas, men's items, clothes, etc. Right now they monitor the amount of people in the store with a barricade up to let people in for social distancing, , and hand sanitizer. Ask for Megan! She's the best.
