I wrote a previous review regarding a car I bought, and it wasn't a nice review. I don't often take back a bad review and apologize to the merchant, but in this case apologies were warranted, and after getting things re-evaluated, I chalked Jose and Jerry to apologize. No, the car isn't perfect, and yes, it needs a bit of work, but in the end I got what I paid for, in a good way. I'm terrible at multitasking, and trying to juggle a long- distance move, a business sale, buying and selling houses, dealing with a lemon law buyback, and getting my son settled on his own all at once was a "tiny" bit more on my plate than I could handle. Translation: I didn't handle being told the car I bought was no good. I over-reacted. Basically, I was more than rude, and that wasn't deserved, by Jose or Jerry. Both are good at what they do, and the issues weren't explained to them correctly by the auction house where they purchased my Rio. They were honest, but I didn't believe them. Very satisfied with their service. Jerry helped me. For privacy reasons, I won't include the model of car I purchased. One of my favorite parts of the interaction was that he allowed us to inspect the car on our own. This was my first car buy, so I brought a few others along to thoroughly inspect the car for any signs of damage. He patiently waited at the side to answer any questions we had about the car, and even went as far to provide us tools (such as a flashlight) to help us inspect the car further. Jerry was honest about the condition of the car and told us any current issues as well as past issues. They also gave us an incredibly good deal on the car. It was a very reasonable price for condition/mileage. I have driven the car for a few weeks now with no issues whatsoever and I honestly couldn't be happier. It did take a long time to get the registration and title (45ish days), but I believe this depends on where they procured the car from (mine was previously sold at auction, so the transfers and everything took a while - that being said, don't take this as negative). I didn't really mind because they provided the tags for my vehicle to make up for it. Jerry responded to any questions I had usually within the same day, so if you have any questions you can expect a fast reply. Overall, if you're looking for a decent used car at a fair price I HIGHLY recommend LA Autobrokers Sales and Leasing. Jerry was very professional and accommodating when it came to purchasing the car.
