The dreaded auto dealership negotiations - sigh. I was looking at the prospect of having to go through this ritual as my lease was coming to an end and I needed to find another SUV. I initially went at it alone, going through the usual exercise of going from dealer to dealer to see what was out there. I was appalled to see that everyone had marked up vehicles and tacked on "Dealer markups" - some to the tune of nearly $10,000. I'm not going to lie. I was a little nervous doing the whole broker thing to buy my new car. I know one person that used a different broker and had a good experience but I was still nervous. It's such a different way to buy a car. I can honestly say I would use Rudy again in a heartbeat to buy my next car. After finding Rudy on Yelp, 99% of my communication with him was via text.
