I sent my husband a picture of our contract where it clearly says we have warranty for 48 months. Again Alan wasn't budging claiming we had bought warranty that was for a certain period of time. Where he got that information beats me. For someone who is honest, he obviously came up with that and i wasn't buying his BS. My husband again told him to check. I told my husband to ask him for that information in writing. Once Alan got the print out he says How odd, you're covered. Wow would you look at that. What exactly do we gain from trying to force people to pay for a service they are covered for??

I explained that I was already using the TruCar value as my reference point and still wanted to negotiate because, in my opinion, the vehicle being sold as-is and having some issues, still seemed overpriced compared to similar cars on the market. He continued to repeat that they do not negotiate, but said to let him know if I changed my mind. Overall, the experience felt very sales-oriented. Tony is clearly experienced and personable, but I would encourage buyers to carefully review the pricing, vehicle condition, and any paperwork or financing applications before moving forward.

He replaced what needed to be and told me what we could keep and told me what my next move should be based on what he saw. With parts and labor it was less than $230 such a deal for the great quality for work he did!!! The car ran like a champ all the way back to Chino Hills! He was unprofessional from the get go, looking disinterested with no smile accompanied by a sweaty handshake and looking at his phone on and off. It wasn't until we got inside the car we were looking at for a test drive that he started looking less disinterested and started dropping profanities every other sentence as if he was talking to a friend. When I asked him if he could price the vehicle around $21,000, he said he couldn't and that it would have to be sticker price at around $23,000, as per what "his phone showed". I mentioned to him the sticker price showed as "$24,000" so he responded saying "Oh yea, $24,000", even though his phone showed "$23,000". I then asked him if the $24,000 would include the TOTAL out the door price including fees, taxes, dmv charges, etc... and he responded saying "yes". As we later thank him for the information he provided us, he asks us what price we're aiming to pay, so I remind him closer to $21,000. He responds by saying he can't do $21,000 but try to get it closer to that price if we just go inside and give him 5 minutes. After a while, he comes back with paperwork showing us "2 discounts" he's able to provide us making the total price over $26,000. $2,000 to $3,000 more than what he quoted us outside and nowhere near $21,000. As I tell him if they can't get close to that price, then that's fine, we can go somewhere else which proceeded to make him snap and condescending. I later asked him for his name again and he refused to provide it then lies AGAIN and says his name is Jack. Luckily, my partner actually remembered his name, which is Omar. So if you're looking for terrible lackluster service, ask for him, otherwise, try another salesman or another dealership, probably another dealership.

2020 Ford F250 lariet6.7 Powerstroke…read more Arriving at the service dep, the young service advisor asked what we were doing today, I answered a recall, mentioning I usually take the truck to GER Diesel for oil and more, "I haven't had a good experience the last few times at this service department" He quickly said, "Why don't you take it back to GER?" and laughed. I responded that I would, but I am required to bring it here for the recall. Already a lack of respect for customers, but this is very comment at this location. The truck has been parked in the back lot for over four hours now, " the truck has a factory GPS, something that was not mention to this service advice in his training, truck was setting for 4.8 hours with no progress. The recall involves updating the PCM. How do I know? Because it's common sense to look up how long the recall would take. I asked for a senior advisor that I won't mention the name, when I asked for him, this young advisor told me there is nothing he can do that I can't do, so I gave her an opportunity to get this done his way one thing led to the other end up driving by five hours later and I saw my truck parked on front. Nobody called me and told me the vehicle was done. I asked to speak with the manager and after a while, I found him and I relay my message and my bad experience at this service department Nobody wants to take time and write bad reviews but if I can help someone not go through this issues. I would consider this review successful. Called the service department many time but the misery continues when nobody answers the phone, very incompetent dealership. I don't recommend this place for any business.

It was my first experience leasing a car. I read forums, watched the youtube, and had an understanding of what a good deal is. But I still wasn't confident about negotiating. I had a conversation with a few dealerships and realized this is real work sending a bunch of emails about the price, plus future "dancing" around the fees and etc. So, I decided to write a few brokers. For asking you will not be charged, so why not? I got a response just in a few minutes from Wei. Few questions about my wishes and in 10 minutes I got 2-3 car offers with different trims, colors and really good prices. I was waiting for a response a few hours from other brokers. And all this time Wei was looking for cars and the best deal for me. I decided to work with him because he really cared about the deal and business with me. He helped me to qualify on Tier 1 and just in 2 days I took my new white Lexus RX 350. All documents were prepared. It took me around 40 minutes to drive off from the dealer. In my opinion, Honesty Car is a shady broker -- proceed with extreme caution. My experience with them resulted in extensive damage to my time and resources. I encourage anyone considering working with them to do thorough research and, if possible, meet in person with someone who has actually completed a transaction with them. I noticed a sequence of similar-sounding positive reviews posted within a short period of time, which raised concerns for me. I recommend asking for copies of their business licenses and requesting to meet them at the address listed on their website. You can verify their licensing status directly with the appropriate state agency -- when I searched the California Secretary of State's website on August 7, 2025, I was unable to locate any record for them. If they can't or won't provide proof, that should tell you everything you need to know. Dealerships confirm that these brokers have no control over inventory and pricing is the same on their listed offers, especially on the cheap EVs. read more
