Melissa is timely, honest, and hardworking. She has been a lash tech for years now, and, although her locations have changed, she still does as much as she can to cater to her clients. Very rarely does she cancel on me or change my appointments last minute (and if she does change it, it's always if I can come earlier in the day, not an entirely different day. She also knows me so well by now that she knows my ideal scheduling habits). Melissa is an expert in her craft and implements the most up-to-date practices with placing lashes. She took her time mapping and shaping my brows, asked all the right questions about the look I wanted, and set realistic expectations based on my old tattoo. During the session, she checked in with me a few times so I could look in the mirror and confirm everything was on track. Thankfully this was 3 months before my move so I expressed interest and she told me to message her again closer to my move. I guess one of her clients moved away so I got lucky and I'm glad! She's in a little studio tucked away, but it is close to Belmont Caltrain station and was just a 15 minute walk from my apartment. I love that she put lash decorations on her door to make it easier to find :) Cindy is very warm, loving, and friendly. I had just met her and she was already treating me like I was a client of hers for years. I had lashes on already from my previous place and she said she could work with what was there vs needing an entirely new set. She also asked me what look I wanted to achieve and she said it would take a couple more sessions since we are building off what's already there.
