Wow, if I could give them no stars I would. Second time I've been here to dine in. First time I never got waited on with a menu or "I"LL be with you in a minute", just a hello. It appears they only take care of customers coming up to the counter to order out of their bakery case which they did the first visit, however, they waited on every other table that was seated. Fast forward to today. There were only two tables seated when I came in. I sat down and for twenty minutes wasn't even acknowledged, then got up and left. Server passed by me four times without a glance. Being in the business before, this is the poorest service I've ever experienced. How this place stays in business is beyond me. Maybe I just ordered the wrong things but we weren't in love with their pastries and the ham sandwich was just okay. The toppings were very scant. I would have enjoyed more lettuce etc. The person serving me was rather dour and grumpy and made me feel like I was a nuisance when I asked any questions or for anything, to the point where I was going to order something else but it required a question so I just skipped it and left. Stopped in for a ham, butter, and brie baggette and some chocolate croissants to go. My order was over $55. I was going to be out for a few more hours so I asked for a bit of ice, or the sandwich wrapped in foil, to keep it cool. I was told by the cashier that they do not have foil or ice in the back. Really? You serve beverages to your customers and you serve hot food but you have neither ice nor foil? I guess helping a loyal 15-year customer keep his sandwich cool-ish is not a priority. How about a little innovation, or a surcharge, or at least the truth that you just don't care. I'm very disappointed but left a nice tip for "customer service." read more

La Bakery de Normandy had a pretty good selection at 2pm when I walked in. If you're a Chocolate Ganache lover you must try the Saint Domingue! They have lots of milk chocolate, white and dark chocolate and combined chocolates available. It was gorgeous! It's a small little place hidden in a strip mall decorated like a little bakery in France. You can hear their strong french accents in their voices when paying for my desserts. It's a dine in or take-away. They also offer a good selection of different sandwiches, quiches, crepes and drinks. read more

The pastries, savory items and bread are outstanding, though shrinking in size and increasing in price. However, the French woman (owner?) is quite rude and has been quite rude to me on two occasions, so won't ever be back since there are better options in Parker as far as delicious pastries and better value. There is no excuse for a business owner to be rude to customers. Maybe rudeness it part of the French restaurant charm for some, but I'll take a pass. Go here for the pastries but get your food and coffee elsewhere! We are from out of town and admittedly are very spiked by our local French Pastry shop. We were hungry for breakfast and popped into this shop as they do get good reviews on Yelp. There appeared to be a fair selection of breakfast items on the menu but as we talked with the waitstaff, we realized most of the food was pre-made and just heated upon order. That was disappointing but we went ahead and ordered an omelette and a croque monsieur. Both came with potatoes and salad. Neither were particularly flavorful and the sandwich looked and tasted like it had been sitting for several hours. There is only 1 milk option available for coffee or other zero milk alternatives. We would have given 2 stars for the breakfast but decided to also order pastries to go. The pastries are quite tasty and certainly redeemed what otherwise was a rather bland meal experience. read more

Don't let the small inside turn you around, well worth the wait! I ordered the coffee breakfast, which was plenty to share with my 4 year old. I thought it was going to be a croissant sandwich, the eggs are on the croissant, but the bacon is served on the side. The croissant is perfect in every way, light flakey, crunchy outside and soft inside! Bacon was ok, nothing to rave about. Potatoes were well flavored and loved the home feel of them! This is a lovely little bakery where you can enjoy breakfast and lunch or just pick up your favorite little treat. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. I highly recommend! Best pastries in Parker for sure. My one tip would probably be to go earlier than later. MMMMM.... My mom mentioned this place to me so I decided to stop by. Located in a plaza. La Baguette de Normandy had a cute charm to it. I love supporting locally owned businesses as well. The menu consisted of coffee such as lattes and frappuccinos. There is also breakfast/lunch items. Crepes. Pastries. Cakes. There so many options it was so hard deciding on which to choose. So I ended up going simple and choosing pastries. There were so many pastries to choose from! I ended up choosing the Almond Croissant (4 to be exact), Raspberry Filled Puff Pastry and 2 French Croissants. Everything was so good and fresh. They had a nice selection of crepes and baked goods among other things. I just wanted the Parisian breakfast - basically French bread with jam and butter. I had not been back, despite all the positive things I had heard from friends. The other morning, as I was driving by, I felt the "call to breakfast" (not quite as demanding as the "call of the wild", but strong nonetheless). I dropped in to have a croque-madame. A croque-madame is a croque-monsieur served with a poached egg on top. If that is not helpful enough, then let me explain that a croque-monsieur is a grilled ham and cheese sandwich. This dish originated in French cafés and bars as a quick snack and usually has Gruyère (or Emmental) cheese. So, when eating a croque-madame, one has a tasty (exotic) grilled ham and cheese with an egg on top. The one I had this day at La Baguette de Normandy was crispy, creamy, salty, and delicious. It was served with a side of lettuce and tomatoes (from which one could construct a simple salad complete with dressing on the side). My egg was cooked perfectly, and I enjoyed this dish very much. I also had a pain au chocolat (aka chocolate croissant). It was very flavorful, flaky, and buttery to the point of almost being greasy. My caramel macchiato was a nice accompaniment. Dare I say the best FRENCH bakery that I know of!! Joined a fellow Yelper for a morning excursion to La Baguette de Normandy. Smelling the fresh bread and baked goods as you enter is intoxicating, inhale slowly. For breakfast we both decided on a Croque Madame which is a French take on a ham and cheese sandwich with a sunny side up egg on top. You crack the yolk and it runs evenly over the entire thing coating each bite acting as a dressing - delicious! They now serve Espresso drinks as well, top notch if you ask me served in real mugs - none of this paper cup nonsense. Bread looked fresh and smelled even better and they'll slice it to order for you, no pre-sliced stuff here. They also offer day old bread and pastries at a discount which is lovely. Moving on to the pastries. I just couldn't help myself, I ordered four pastries to go and then found out that when you buy four you get one free - bonus for me. One more and it means the gym for the next two weeks to work off all the calories. Fruit tarts, hazelnut praline with meringue, Napoleons, cookies, "the divorce", and everything else I want to try. Every fork full is better than the last, beautifully designed and an orgasm in your mouth. Everyone should experience the pastries here. Customer service is top notch from this super friendly French family, I truly love watching the older man in the back making everything from scratch - now that's homemade. Stopped in recently to get lunch to-go. They have a lunch special where you can get your choice of a baguette sandwich, a patisserie, and a beverage and they'll take 10% off. In my case I got all three for only $9.60 - very reasonable for the food quality. I opted for the ham, brie, and butter baguette sandwich. Yum! It was a good size too. I actually didn't think I would finish it all, but I did since it was so tasty. I also opted for the coconut meringue patisserie with butter cream. This was almost sugar overload, even for me. But, it was delicious. It was very difficult to select a patisserie because they all looked heavenly. I now know where to get lunch whenever I have meetings in the area. Got the "mini cake" Raspberry,coconut, buttercream Cake portion was very small and loaded with the buttercream frosting which left a VERY lopsided flavor and amount in my mouth, as if I was eating frosting off a spoon.... it was at least a 1/2" thick all the way around this very small size cake which flavor was buried by a WAAAAY TO MUCH almond extract flavor, which if you've ever experienced that you'd know.... it's awful The restroom was very clean Coffee was very good Service was good Everything looked great.... but..... read more

As Long time Customers, my family and I want to give a shout out to Bianca and Michael Dupont and also staff member Shade. We decided to have a High Tea Party Saturday within our family. Due to stress of Covid and Virtual Schooling, we needed a respite and just have treats and fun. We ordered both Savory and Sweet Pettit Fours. All the choices were stellar and greatly enjoyed. It had been many years since I had eaten them, like HS. My intention was to make memories for our four grandchildren, 12, 13, 14, 15. I believe we were successful, except the fifteen year old missed it due to a temp and a few down days. I plan on putting in a little order so he can experience the yummy part, later . I think I can say with no doubt this is the best Bakery in the Denver Metro area! Too bad its in Parker and I need to drive 35 minutes each direction to get all of their delicious pastries breads and baguettes:-) The place is really authentic and once you walk in you feel like you walked in to a small Bakery in the heart of Paris, the smell of the baking goods is wonderful and all the colors of all the patisseries are truly amazing.
