When I called to discuss this and express my frustration, I was met with a condescending attitude, laughter, and smirking over the phone -- completely unprofessional and dismissive behavior. In total, I was charged $300 and never even received a single treatment or set foot in the facility. Whether I missed something in the fine print or not, this kind of policy and treatment of potential clients is unreasonable and feels like robbery. I would not recommend this place -- be cautious and make sure you get everything in writing before committing to anything.

I also get monthly infusions of the Cinderella drip which definitely boosts my immunity. Muyie always does IV insertion for my drip and never misses and is not heavy-handed. I have Ultherapy done yearly and satisfied with the results. Unlike other places, they are not pushy and do not pressure clients to purchase services. I also have a hydro-oxygen facial done monthly (always done before aerolase). Sumi always does an amazing job. No short cuts, it is very relaxing, and she gives the best facial massage ! She informs the client of what she is doing and regularly checks on the client (e.g. if client is okay, feeling cold/need additional blankets, if pressure is okay, etc). She offers skin care suggestions based on each person's skin type and depending on what issue one has. Grace, the office manager, always has a good demeanor and very accommodating with appointment requests. I have never had any issue with both scheduling my appointments and my appointments itself. I have tried some of their products - the Vitamin C serum and Sunscreen and like both of them. I had no adverse reaction while using them. Appointments are required.
