You can def see there's redlines to where she plucked the hair forcefully in a manner where I started to bleed multiple spots underneath my eyebrow. Bummer. When I asked to reschedule they were acting off and told me their "system was down." (Not true again.) I suspected I made Sasha uncomfortable by the time I got to her initially after speaking to their call center that claimed they were the front desk but Sasha confirmed they were not. I'm from the east coast so admittedly my tone may have been a bit direct after she said I was meeting with the injector I met with previously. I told her I've never been injected by anyone there before. What she meant is it's with the same woman I met with during my previous consult the day before. Slight miscommunication. No big deal. After feeling off about what I was trying to get clarity on, around credentials of my injector since new to their business, I decided to text the apology below to preempt any possible misunderstanding. I then called after a couple hrs of not hearing back about the new date and they blocked my number which I only knew because it was a busy signal & who gets a busy signal in 2025? So odd. I then get a text below refusing to work with me. This whole experience is so unfortunate. I was actually excited about having the privilege of working with the owner and was going to move all my Botox appts over to them etc. The only thing that makes sense is they've worked with some difficult clients and for some reason I reminded them of someone who might have been a past nightmare client. Have never been treated like this in my life. My upcoming appointment already got cancelled previously and then the rescheduled appointment got moved to an earlier time without me knowing, until I double checked my appointment reminder. No one called to ask or to inform me, and this is not the first time. This is on top of the fact that front desk isn't always the most warm or welcoming. I would not say they are rude or anything like that, but there's always a subtle undertone of it feeling like they're trying to sound professional but they're annoyed with you if you even dare question the administrative incompetence. All I want to know is why did my appointment get moved/cancelled, what happened, how do we make sure this doesn't happen again, or to express my frustration at how often it has occurred and I feel like I'm getting a bit of a tone as though I have no right to even ask or be bothered by it. I get the impression like they just want me say ok, and accept it, and like go away and leave them alone. As though it's my fault they keep messing up my appointments. This place is notorious for last minute cancellation and rescheduling to accommodate other clients who have back-to-back sessions etc without asking for your permission. This time, they didn't even give me a reason for the reschedule, just that it apparently just "happened" in the system and now someone else already has my appointment time, so they can't see me at that time anymore. If I didn't double-check my email, I would have been late for my appointment and they would probably have told me that I would just need to go back another time. It's always something, whether it's an aesthetician on an apparent last minute leave, a broken machine, or some other apparently more important client requires that time-slot so unfortunately, your appointment has to be moved. It's quite bizarre because in all my years of going to different doctors, dermatologist, spas, salons etc, I I have never before encountered a business that reschedules and cancels your appointments this often and most of the time, without even asking you, and to accommodate higher spending clients. They don't say higher spending clients, but if you get a call with some vague explanation about an appointment mess up that they apparently had no idea how it happened and now your appointment time has been taken by someone else with back to back sessions that can't be rescheduled, you get the gist. They don't ask if it's ok, they just tell you that the scheduled appointment time is simply no longer available to you. I am not going to show up for my appointment, since they feel so free to cancel or reschedule me without valid cause, or informing me, it's technically a breach of contact, so I have no obligation to show up anymore, especially because I've not even had my first appointment yet. If they have any decency they will refund me. And this is all after the debacle from the Boca Park location where they took over 6 months to cancel my membership after multiple assurances over email, phone call, text and in person that it was canceled which is illegal, let's be honest. And by the way, though I can understand from a profit perspective, because I work in finance, pushing my appointments around to accommodate higher paying clients, it's still illegal, not that they would ever admit they are doing this but I have heard that it's a thing BHRC does in this Summerlin area.
