Went in last night for a massage and it was honestly the worst I've ever had.. I debated making this review as I never do. I asked for a deep tissue, the only time it was deep tissue was when my therapists arm was rubbing up and down my back like a guasha, which was one of the 5 things she kept doing over and over. When she went into my shoulders she kept smacking my head because again she was using her forearm roughly. Massaged my hands for literally 30 seconds. But the worst part was that she literally pushed so hard repeatedly on my spine! It hurt so bad I was ready to get up and leave but I hate confrontation and didn't want her to feel bad or get in trouble with her boss who was right up front. I know deep tissue is painful and will leave you sore but I get a massage every month and that was not a good massage and I'm sore/in pain up and down my spine and nowhere else. I work with massage therapists and you're not allowed to work direct on the spine and you can cause permanent damage! Sorry to say I will never be back. read more

I was visiting AZ and after x-mas I developed some muscle tension and was very stiff. I called Relax station and they were able to get me in within one hour. My massage therapist was Jenny she was excellent, had very strong hands, and a good soul. She was caring and understood my needs, her English language was limited but she knew (where it hurt and what to do). I highly recommend her, she has strong hands but will adjust to your need. There was a brief issue with language barrier but another therapist came over and explained I wanted ninety minutes. Although she speaks no English, Cece did a great job. I got the full body massage for $52. Her soft hands and fingertips gliding over my oiled sternum after a deeper rub felt marvelous. I would've given 5 stars but she forgot to massage the front of my legs/thighs, which was probably due to running out of time after having wasted a few minutes using a translation feature to communicate with her phone. My horrible experience: And this is not a joke. MUST READ THIS. Upon walking in, it was what I expected. The walls where made of ply wood, did not go up to the ceiling, and was very low budget. But, I knew that getting a massage very last minute that thats what I would get. I have gone to places like this before and had good massages so at the time thats all I was looking for in a quick minute was just that. My middle aged female masseuse walked me back to the room. Nothing appeared odd. She asked me to undress and lay face down on the table with the sheet covering my back. Ok, that was fine, thats what I always do even in very professional places. I did just that with the exception of removing my pants. There was no need to do that since I had requested my back be massaged only. So the massage starts. Within the first 3 minutes this lady is massaging my butt...... weird..... I went with it thinking maybe its just a different technique and she will move on from that area quickly. But then she keeps going down to my legs and her fingers are no joke literally in my crotch. It was a very inappropriate place. She did not try to massage my crotch, but her fingers where definitely there as she slowly worked her way down my legs. I was immediately uncomfortable, and red flags started popping up consistently. The massage wasn't good. It was clear that she did not have professional training. Red flags popped up over and over. The massaged technique did not appear licensed/ no skill. She touched my crotch more than once. She massaged places near my crotch managing to touch it/ brush by it when I specifically requested just my back. This women said, "You will enjoy it more if you take your pants off" 10 minutes into the 60 minute massage. WTF, I asked for my back only. After suggesting my pants needed to come off and I declining saying again, "just my back" she kept inching my pants down my butt, and by the time the massage was over my entire butt was out of my pants and her fingers got very close to inappropriate. About 30% of the massage was on my ass. I have never had that. Ever. She left the room randomly 20 minutes after the massage started, not saying anything and came back a couple minutes later. Her cell phone was in the room, propped up on the floor/wall with the screen facing my body as it was plugged into the wall during the entire massage. The massage was finished while I was on my back and this women kept touching in between my breasts and massaging downward on my stomach..... This lady kept randomly getting close to the point where her crotch was now bumping into my hand. She kept reposting my legs multiple times spreading them apparent. At one point she got on the bed and was on her knees in between them. After the massage was done I had ended up on my back and the lady put her hand in-between my breast (covered with a sheet) and said "you are very beautiful" and left the room. I got dressed very quickly and went upfront to pay. She insisted that I take a seat and sit with her at the bar area where the register was. I told her that i'd like to pay and she suggested that I sit down and stay. At this point I was very weirded out and wanted to go ASAP. She took forever ringing me up like she was stalling me from going. I felt very uncomfortable being there and it was obvious that this place was not just for massages. Here is the cherry on top: As I was leaving I swear I could hear in the next room sexual-like noises going on. During my massage I had herd earlier a women bringing in a man to that room giving him directions to prepare for a massage. I have been going here for years. I went in for hour massage and was given a 40 minute massage so was getting ready to pay in cash leaving $15 tip because I asked for hour massage and was only given 40 minutes. Then I was told I needed to give $20 tip, the language was a little barrier so then she proceeded to show me what others tip and that I needed to give $20 or more because she works hard and she proceeded to grab the extra $20 I had on top of my wallet. I was in shock at the lack of professionalism and that I was being told how much to tip and she helped herself to getting my cash from the top of my wallet that I had on the desk. Do not go here!!! Rooms are separated from a loud lobby by only curtains and plywood walls. The women that work there speak absolutely no English which I normally don't care about but this place requires you to communicate a lot due to abnormal structure in their massages. Flow is really weird. My 90 min massage didn't come with a foot massage and it was impossible to try and get her to understand that I wanted my feet massaged. They also wipe you off with washcloths they rinse in the foot buckets! Both me and my sister in law went at the same time and both were extremely unhappy. If you want to get slapped around and touched inappropriately then this is your place to go. By far the WORST massage I have ever had. The moment you walk into this place it gives off a sketchy vibe. My friend and I decided to give it a try as we were in desperate need of a good massage and unfortunately being last minute everywhere else seemed to be booked. I get taken in first by this middle aged masseuse, who seemed polite at first. She started the massage and right away she asked if that felt ok on my back and if she was giving me the right amount of pressure. I told her that was fine, that I prefer very gentle massages. Also thinking to myself, "good start right"?!. She continues massaging and when I least expect it she's massaging my butt. WTH? I tried not to get too weirded out, thinking she'll soon move on to my back again. Nop, she remained in that area for some time, to point of pulling down my panties more than half way so she can have more area to work on my full butt. "What is going on?!" She eventually moves on to my inner thighs. She continued to move on too high on my inner thighs brushing her fingers against my crotch multiple times. She seemed to be fussed on working in that area as well. I was feeling super uncomfortable and violated by now. When thankfully she finally moved on to my legs. That was the moment I thought finally this massage is going the right way and it was feeling good. I really thought from there it could get better but it just got worse again. She started to slap my legs, What?!? Why??? She continued to slap them around, massaged my feet briefly for like a minute and then continued the slapping. She slapped my thighs and just continued the slapping all over my legs and with a force as if she was angry or something. I really felt like this woman ran out of moves and started to just slap around and making things up as she went. This woman was definitely not professionally trained. Slapping? I have never experienced this massage technique anywhere. And let me tell you I wasn't the only one getting slapped around there, all you could hear in that place was constant body slaps. When the slapping finally stopped momentarily she went on to finally massage my back. And Oh God, there was nothing gentle about that back massage as I had specifically initially asked. I think my bones were massaged more than my actual muscles. And after massaging my back bones, surprise she's back to slapping, slapping my back, arms, hands. I seriously thought at this point she was going to start slapping my butt around. I then hear her squeezing the water out of a rag from a bucket of water. I'm sure that water had not been changed and all I kept thinking about was "I'm sure that water and bucket was used to mop this place. Ewwwww. She then went on to cleanse and wipe my body with this nasty rag. She then asked to turn around and began massaging the center of my breasts down to my stomach. Her fingers constantly rubbing against my breasts. Why???? Who massages those areas?!? Uhg the torture was finally over. The massage cost $40 but if you used a card it went up to $44. This lady was making it extremely awkward during the checkout as she was waiting on me to tell her my tip and despite the horrible experience, I still went on to tip her. I initially gave her a $10, and then she went on demanding for $15 as she lied saying my friend had tip $15 to her masseuse and basically calling me cheap. My friend did not tip her masseuse $15, but I went on to give her that money as I really just wanted to get out of that place. I felt it was extremely tacky and rude to demand more from a tip. And if you think about I basically tipped her a 35% tip. And for a service where I was slapped around and violated. The next day my body felt as if I was ran over by a bus. Me and my wife just left relaxation. Bathroom was a mess and filthy. They don't have a washer or dryer they hand wash and air dry every towel sheet.The massage was okay could have been better. Had a hour massage both our massage therapist keep walking in and out of the room so it was more like a 45 minute massage. What I didn't like at all was the massage therapist named Tiffany. Right before the massage was going to end she kept insisting about a tip about who was going to pay me or my wife for the tip. I sort of laughed and stated well just so you know chips are not mandatory especially when you're forcefully making sure we don't leave without a tip. She got really mad and started talking loud saying she worked hard for a tip they live off tips they need a tip a large tip. I told her she needed to calm down or she's not getting any tip at all. She walked out started talking her language to her other massage therapist and they started talking to each other back and forth back and forth I'm sure she was talking bad. So if you go there just know they're going to enforce a tip or else they will probably not let you leave. Because she did an okay job I left 10 for me 10 for my wife and they still asked for more saying only 10 only 10 I said 10 or nothing. Stopped in today to get a massage it was a very last minute idea I had so I did call ahead but they do except walk ins or appointments. It was around 12:45 when I called in and they said I could come in at 1:15 PM for a one hour massage. I walked in around five after one and sat and waited a few minutes. I do suggest making an appointment because I saw a couple people walk in and either were turned away or were told to wait 30+ minutes. So if you definitely want a massage I would definitely try to plan ahead. At relax Station you're getting exactly what you pay for. A one hour massage is $45. Typically at other places like massage envy and hand and stone you're paying well over $80 for a 60 minute massage. If you are looking for the fancy decor and the whole spa day experience this place is not for you. If you want a good quality massage and to feel good and relaxed when you leave then try out relax station. Jenny did my massage and she was very good and thorough. I let her know I was experiencing some lower back pain and she really focused on that. While I was waiting I heard them cleaning and sanitizing the rooms in between clients. They were swiffering spraying everything down and changing the sheets. They were all wearing masks as well as all of the clients. As you can see I posted the price list. They do increase the prices if you're paying with a card and I don't believe that you can tip on your credit card so I brought along a cash tip. All in all it was a fine experience and I could see myself going back to get a nice relaxing one hour massage I may even try a 90 minute massage next time. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing, comfortable and luxurious spa, this place is not for you. I guess I should've done more reading of reviews on other websites before coming here. I've been overwhelmed with stress at work the past few weeks that my neck to mid-back has become stiff as a board. It's so tense that it's constantly painful. Today I decided that I'd had enough, and went to the first place I could find that advertised walk-in massages. That was my first mistake. If they offer massages on a walk-in basis, it's probably not a great establishment. I had called ahead 45 minutes to make sure they could fit me in, and I arrived promptly on time. The entire interior seems sketchy and was just a giant slab of concrete with temporary walls (that don't even go up to the ceiling) put up to make "rooms". The lady that greeted me couldn't speak very good English. Whatever. Idc. She pointed to a sign and I told her I wanted the 90 minute massage. She walks me over to a "room" and instructs me to undress and lie on the bed face down. First of all, your pillow is a paper towel laid over a folded sheet, and the sheet you're supposed to lay under is only about 4.5 ft long and 2 ft wide, and as thin as paper. The bed is completely wooden, and as I would soon find out, would squeak every time pressure was applied. Fine. Just give me a massage please. I laid there for about 10 minutes until someone finally came in. At that point I had been lying in the stale-aired room for so long that I had become hot, uncomfortable, and sweaty. The type of massage you get is similar to what you'd experience in any typical south Asian run massage parlor. Little ladies with dainty small hands that are semi-okay at applying enough pressure, get on the table with you to massage you, with occasional slapping, clapping, and awkward stretching of your limbs. I did find it to be a pleasant surprise that they wipe you down with a hot wet towel to get all the oil off, although she only reapplied oil about 2 times the entire massage so it was pretty much a dry massage the entire time anyways. Terrible. As if that wasn't enough, I could hear other people getting a massage in the rooms next to mine. They all ended up leaving about 20 minutes later and I felt like I could finally relax. About halfway through, the lady walked out and didn't come back for about 10 minutes. I could hear her talking although I couldn't understand what she was saying. I thought to myself "This better not count against my time". (It did). Just as I was about to speak up and say something, she finally returned. When she got to my feet, she applied soooo much oil that she couldn't get a grip, and ended up wrapping both hands around my foot and vigorously moved her hands up and down. It made me extremely uncomfortable as if she was trying to "jack" my foot off. This happened to both feet. Whatever. At this point, I'm just hoping for her to return to my shoulders as she hadn't touched them at all while I was face down, and barely touched them when I turned over to face up. Alas, she did not. As if that wasn't enough, for the second half of my "massage", I could hear someone snoring loudly just outside my "room". So much for relaxing. I was hoping it was just another customer REALLY enjoying their massage, but as I'd soon find out, it was not. It was an employee that was passed out in a chair in the lobby area. She stopped promptly at the 90 minute mark from when my massage was SUPPOSED to start, even though she started late AND took a break halfway through. When I got up and dressed, I noticed a sign on the wall that said something along the lines of "Dear Customer, If you enjoyed your service, please give a tip!" Well, I did not enjoy it, but I always make it a habit to tip those in the service industry. The price for the "90 minute" massage was $60 cash or $66 card. I never carry cash, so I presented them with a card. The price threw me off a bit as you will usually find prices to be around $1/min anywhere else you go. The cheapest I've ever gotten a GOOD massage somewhere was $75 and that was WITH a decent size discount, before tip. I gave her my card and she wrote down on a notepad "$66" and then slid it to me. I didn't understand what she wanted and she said "You tip me". Ummm okay. I wrote down $12 and she looked at me puzzled and then started flipping through the other pages on the notepad. She called over the sleeping employee who spoke better English and she pointed to one that said "$44+$26". I told her I didn't understand what she was trying to say. She pointed to the $26 again and I said "You want me to tip $26?" She said yes and I said "Excuse me?? This person only paid $44 and I'm paying $66. They tipped 60%. I'm tipping 20%." After more back and forth she finally said I can choose my tip. I stuck with $12. If you want more, then charge more! Don't waste your time and money. GO ELSEWHERE! read more

Waste of time. I've set appointments here, and still was not able to see a massage therapist because they take walk-ins in and don't take into account their appointments. I've come in as a walk-in and they would tell me to have a seat and it would be about 5 to 10 minutes. when I finish someone else comes in then they take them in place of me and tell me to wait another 20 to 30 minutes. this place is just a huge waste of time the massages are not even that great but the prices are what attract the customers. read more

Went here for the first time and waited 30 minutes only to be told "sorry". Just as one of the ladies told me she was ready a man walked in and started asking about buying gift certificates for his friends and wanting to get a 1 hour massage and at first the lady did not understand, she would tell him "tomorrow" and another coworker interrupted her and told her something in their language finally she told him 1 hour massage today so I thought lucky him after seeing how she had turned down 3 other people, but then she turns around and tells me "I'm sorry, he's a mentor" I couldn't believe what she had just done!!! I waited for the man to come out of the restroom and told him "I hope you understand what just happened here" and went on explaining then he tells me "I'm sorry but she told me to come back at 9:25pm" Where is the integrity?! He was kind enough to tell me he would leave and I asked him not to, It wasn't his fault at all but I did want to point out what they had done and believe me when I tell you the lady was not happy about me speaking up.
