After my family member completed the form, she was taken to the back by a pleasant woman. I asked what time I should come back to pick up my family member and she was ready at the time they told me she would be. When I asked her about her experience she told me the lady was nice, professional, and knew her stuff. She also recommended some products for my family member. The really cool thing about the experience was that I immediately saw a notably nice different in my family members face/skin. Overall the vibe was cozy and warm. She was patient, really listened to what I liked and didn't like. I had shown her photos of my dress which was helpful.
