If I could give zero stars I would! The MOST unwelcoming vibe I have ever experienced. I was happy to lucky just trying to get my nails done and soon as I come in I'm met with the most unnerving stares from not only the staff but the customers! It took a moment for anyone to speak to me although I'm being met with all these stares and soon as someone speaks I just immediately walk up and leave. Unfortunately, you would never think I just got a pedicure on this day. As you can see the tech didn't even attempt to remove any calluses. Just gently scrubbed over all of them. I was already being talked about once I got in the chair and yes we can't understand what you are saying but clearly know when we are being talked about. He rushed through the service, this is why I usually don't care for men. And should have waited for an available female. This is not worth $55 and will not be returning to this establishment. It seems everything is so pricey now of days but not worth the money. I do hate when I feel I have wasted my money and time. Good day~ read more

I have been going to this nail salon since May. Countless times after I have scheduled. They call back and tell me they have to reschedule. For example' "We have a big party coming in and my nail tech Jay can't do your fill in." Today it happened again!!! I was called back 10 mins before my appointment to tell me Jay was over booked. I was asked if Kevin could do my fill in. I did let Kevin do my nails. I sit down to get my nails done and no exaggeration he kept getting up to either answer the phone or to take care of customers at the door. I politely told him after this went on for 45mins that I had a time restraint. (I should have been done over 25min ago). He had the nerve to get up again when a customer came in the door, after I had told him that. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED AS POORLY!!!!! YOU JUST LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER! And I will make it a point to tell everyone of the HORRIBLE customer service at this establishment. When I did call to express what happened. I was asked "what do you want me to do about it?" For best results make an appointment, but walks-ins are always welcome, and typically have a very short wait. I've been getting my nails done regularly with my grandma since I was 14, I'm 19 now. We've gone to places all over huntsville and this is the place that we always come back to. They are so kind and always remember our faces. My grandma was diagnosed with Alzheimer's a couple years ago and they have been so sweet and caring to her. Even when I come alone they ALWAYS ask me how she is or how my younger sisters are! I know I can trust them to take care of my grandma and that's been so rare to find!!! It's even more rare to find a salon where they're patient with her and explain to her clearly what's going on!Also Demi is the BEST! She is so good at what she does! I went here a while back. First of all they were making fun of my nails in front of me. The color I chose was not the color that they brought out and tried to argue with me that it was, the nail tech cut my skin several times with the drill. They were talking about how cheap I am because of my tip rigt infront of me once again laughing st me. The very next day my pinkie nail broke. I took my young daughter there for a manicure and got one myself. I have very strong nice length natural nails and have been to higher end and mid end salons here in Huntsville. I have NEVER had such a bad manicure in my life. I actually had to go home take the polish off and reshape my nails myself. After requesting more rounded nails she made them square. Then after asking her to please alter the shape again she told me I was WRONG to want them round. She did reshape them but made them even more square AND uneven. They were a mess. They were rude before I even started getting my manicure. I would never ever go back there and never ever recommend it to anyone. read more

First time coming here. I only came because it was convenient and the place I usually go to was packed. All but one employee seemed to be doing a good job and concentrated on their customers, but the guy who assisted me was one of the rudest people I've come into contact with in a while. He clearly did not want to be at work, and it showed in his efforts. He rushed through both the manicure and pedicure and did a terrible job painting my nails. There was polish all over my fingers and he made no effort to clean it up. I paid him before painting my nails and gave him a 20% tip, and wish I would have waited. Then, I accidentally bumped the drying table and messed one nail up. He literally screamed across the whole business asking if I was serious and to hurry up so he could fix it. He only put one coat on this time, and rushed through. He was more occupied with sitting in the pedicure chairs playing on his iPad than his customers. He clearly doesn't need to be in the customer service industry. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because everyone else in there seemed to enjoy their job and did a good job. read more
