I have been going to them ever since I was 20 and I'll be 23 in 6 days..this place is the best nail shop in Huntsville!!! The environment is so fun and they are always willing to do the most on your nails without question. The designs they do are absolutely amazing and the nails stay on for a long time without lifting. I have my hands in water all day when I'm at work and school and these nails WILL LAST. I only get a full once a month maybe. They stand by their word and get you in and out efficiently. Made an appointment there because I needed to get my nails done near my house. It was right before the holidays, so many places were booked. I managed to find an appointment time that worked. I showed up & one of the owners was ready to do my nails. No double-triple booking - nice. . I get the hustle, but hate when it takes longer because I'm being juggled with 2-3 other clients. I had asked if they had dip, but they do not, so he had recommended a gel that would be extra durable, as I explained I was traveling for 3 weeks. He also took the time to go thru all the sets I found attractive and give me advice on the product quality as well as durability. We settled on a shade I liked, but when he opened the bottle, he said the contents weren't in good condition, and I felt that was very honest of him. We picked another, almost identical shade, & in no time, he had done a very neat job on my nails. They lasted almost 3 weeks, even with me doing heavy housework, lots of cleaning products, lots of time with wet hands, and lots of time swimming for recreation. I was impressed. I will probably go back. My one reservation was the cleanliness of the salon. . I felt it needed general attention, and also would like to see individual Emory boards, and other individually packaged / cleaned utensils. The prices were low for this area, so I think the market would allow for a small increase and I would be happy to pay it for the peace of mind and less cringe factor. Overall, 4/5. Great nail salon! I found it on Yelp headed home from work and decided to give them a try. I got a gel manicure and the manicurist did a great job, and was very professional. It's been about 11 days and the gel looks as great as it did the day it was done! The salon was clean, and the staff was friendly. Will definitely be back soon. read more

What an absolute gem this place is. I would've never looked twice, it is in a small strip mall and barely noticeable. The ambiance isn't anything to rave about but the quality of work is amazing. They are meticulous and take pride in their work. An older gentleman that they have nicknamed "grandpa" will massage your feet to heaven. The staff has a funny sarcastic banter that will keep you laughing. Believe me, I'm a bit of a spa snob, and this place is the best place I've found in Huntsville thus far. Thank me later read more

The Good...the prices are reasonable. Jack is very nice and when he does your Nails he does a good job. The Bad...for the past two visits, I've been shuffled off to have others do my nails, when I specifically made an appt w/ Jack. The last appt. was sloppy and I was ignored the entire time while they had a three way conversation in their language going. It was obvious that I was just being rushed on. I have yet been able to find the quality of what is in Atlanta with regards to nails. After being so frustrated I will not be going back. On to find a salon that values my business and also cares about the quality of their work. Such a shame. Note that even if you schedule an appt with Jack, they will push you off for whoever comes in the door first. read more

Did okay on my nails, customer service was not good except the nice lady who did my pedicure.

Decided to go to this salon with my girlfriends for an impromptu girls day on a Sunday. Initially, we called ahead to ensure they had time to do 2 pedicures. They were very accommodating when we called back like 10 min later to ask if they could do 3. When we got to the salon, first impression is that they are a very clean place! They have their health scores prominently displayed. They were very engaging and witty with all of us while doing a fantastic job on our pedicures. I definitely recommend this place!! read more

I have tried a ton of other nail places all over the area and this is the best. Its literally on the other side of town and I will still make time to drive down. Its a husband/ wife team and they take time to do my acrylics and shellac mani/ pedi the right way. They make an effort to know each customer and can do any kind of design and rhinestones on your nails for a reasonable price. I come in with pictures from pinterest and they are always able to replicate them for a reasonable price. They are super careful with removing the dead skin and trimming on pedicures too.. I made a huge mistake and went to a place at Bridge street recently where they cut my big toe and it bled terribly. This place is as good as it gets in my opinion. Not flashy, its a small place in a strip center, but its clean and they take time with you. Also, conversation isn't awkward as they speak great english. read more
