The service was great here, it's a quality place to get a pedicure. Mia did my pedicure and did a thorough job. She cleaned up my toes better than I've ever had them done. She painted them well and took her time and I didn't feel like they were rushing me out. As for the shop itself, it's a relaxing atmosphere. I almost fell asleep. Massage chairs are great. My sister liked the woman who did her pedicure as well. Sophia did a good job on hers as well. Mia and Sophia were thorough, if we lived here, we would be coming back. read more

The lady was sweet, but the finishing results ugly. I was hopeful that by the end I wouldn't hate the finishing results, but I do, they're ugly. I paid 44 for french tip that she didn't even clean right. Never coming back here. If you dont know how to do something then dont experiment and try. read more

I've been getting my nails and pedicure done here the past 3 months. They just recently renovated the place and it looks brighter and more modern. The staff is always nice but there's only 2 nail techs and the service for both take longer than expected. I advise to make an appointment. I've seen people walk- in and wait almost 45 minutes to an hour just to be seen. Other than that, I leave happy. I really love the way they shaped my nails this visit. read more

If you change your mind about what you had requested, they give you that look. Two nails broke a couple days I got them so I went to ask to fix them. They look so different from the rest. And I again got that look. Bad service read more

Had my nails done two weeks ago, about five days in the stuff started coming off. Went back in to show them. They said they could fix but my concern was that the colors would be different. She they said if I wanted all fix I would have to pay half the price. So I ended up paying because I didn't want two colors. The whole time the two ladies would say oh it's my nails or something that it was my fault kinda conversation. Organically they said the stuff would last three weeks. Well as they fixed they said oh sometimes less. So when they were done the second time, I was told again three weeks or so. Well this past Wednesday (less the one week) nail stuff started lifting again!!!!! Little bit annoyed as I would think most would be. Not going back to be told that I did something wrong again. But after two visits in two weeks and about a hundred in. Not gonna ever go back. Don't get me wrong both times when they were done they looked great but again coming off is the issue!!!! read more

I had the deluxe mani and pedi with gel toenail polish and my fingernails were dipped. It was an amazing experience from the time I arrived until I left. All of the ladies are friendly and know me by name as I also know them by name. The shop is clean and offer lots of services besides nails, i.e., facial, waxing, massage, eye brow microblading/ombre, etc. I have been a customer for many years and will continue going there. read more

This place was horrible!! They tried to charge me an extra $25 with the $39 just to add color on my toes. The staff was also rude. She just rushed and the work was just sloppy. You can see in the picture my big toes are shaped completely different. The service here has gone downhill. You're not getting what you're paying for at all. Please don't waste your money here!! I came here today last minute looking to do a fill, but I ended up going for a full set. Normally that's fine but I'm not happy with it. She spent plenty of time on my nails, but didn't do a great job. She would apply acrylic and then plaster on and fill in spots later, but then she filed around my cuticles so much it filed down my skin and my finger stung. Also, I wanted chrome baby tips but they did glittery metallic, and very clumpy too. Bits of the tips have already chipped off, and it hasn't even been 12 HOURS since I got them done. Yes, the price isn't expensive, but considering that it's chipping and I'll likely go get them redone somewhere else, it's a huge waste. read more

I should have asked what the price was ahead of time because I was a little shocked it was $55 for just French tip full set but then again I haven't gotten my nails done in two years so prices have probably gone up Anyways, I came in and was seated right away and the whole process probably took around 45 minutes give or take. This location is close to home, so coming here was out of convenience and recommendation. I came once a while ago, but didn't get a chance to get my turn because it was so busy and I had no appointment. But my boyfriend made an appointment for me and I was helped immediately. Lina welcomed me and Sang helped me. He took his time with my nails and made sure not to hurt me. He also made an effort to have a conversation with me so that's always appreciated. Kept asking me if everything is okay, and was careful with every movement. And that's really all a gal ever needs when it comes to pampering. Although it took longer than most, I really appreciated the diligence and care he put towards my nails. I'll be coming back. Thank you for a wonderful job and a welcoming atmosphere. read more

So much of my skin and toenail was cut down it actually hurt when she wiped it down with alcohol to finish off the pedi. I didn't even stay for the mani - who knows what that would've looked like after. I don't make very many one star reviews, but I sure will when the experience, presentation or end-product doesn't meet any kind of standards, not even at half par. When we first met, I told her how I generally like my lash extensions -- she listened, added her own twist, and the rest is history. On average, I see her every two weeks but sometimes more if I have a special engagement or travel plans in the horizon. Now, on to her skills of this trade. Some people acquire a particular skill set through rigorous training and certifications and while that may be true in this case -- I would argue that she is simply gifted. I often tease her that she's a perfectionist because she doesn't cut corners and never settles for just the average. She focuses on ensuring that each lash extension really matches her client's lash line because as we all know, no pair of eyes are ever the same. I appreciate how she makes the style of the extension work to bring more of a dramatic and elevated look without making it overbearing to the face. And overall, I always remind her how sweet and kind of a person she is. Multiple times, they rescheduled and even unexpectedly cancelled multiples of my appointments and it takes having to call them each time and very firmly telling them to not change my appointments (at least without reaching out to me first) for me to even keep my appointments. Then today, I receive a very aggressive, borderline threatening and unprofessional message from them all because I had to reschedule a couple times due to work and scheduling conflicts. I understand that rescheduling is not ideal for both myself and for the salon, but sending threatening messages is not the way to go about this. If I'm not able to keep my upcoming appointment, I'm changing this rating to a one star and will update my review accordingly.
