If you're looking for durable nails, l'd definitely recommend coming here. However, I wouldn't recommend the pedicures. They felt very basic, like something I could've done at home. They don't really shape your nails well or cut them evenly, and the overall experience just didn't feel worth it. So yes to the nails, but l'd pass on the pedicure. read more

Having mixed feelings on this place. First experience was great getting a pedicure, wish I could remember her name. Know her face when I see it. Her attention to detail was phenomenal. The staff was happy, everyone talking. It was nice. This next visit though, nail artist "J" would fend me off from the place if it was my first visit. I'm guessing I didn't appear to be her ideal client, so she wasn't sure what to make of it at first, until she noted I wanted more than a basic service, and lit up when I requested gel as well. There were no simple niceties exchanged you'd expect at a shop. I get it. See hundreds per day, but still each person is a new client. Simple hello is fine. Not expecting the red carpet rolled out. Don't even need to conversate during the visit. However, didn't even say hi, they offer drinks there, I wasn't offered. Missed corners of paint, filing felt crooked. They have plenty color options, but got two boards with basic colors on them. She did manage to say hi to some random customer getting a service she wasn't providing that wasn't paying attention.. but okay. Literal wax on, wax off no hot towel until later. Pretty sure one leg got a hot stone for 3 seconds. Having good faith those cutters were clean, but didn't see the wrapper and didn't watch her open it. I asked. She said yes, can only trust her cuz I don't see it at the beginning. Felt very much like let me get you out the chair but do just enough to see if you'll tip cuz I assumed you wouldn't. Told me a cost but at check out went up a $1 didn't mention fee paying per card. Not the biggest deal. Minor note. Just to name a few things. Might seem nitpicky, but it's part of the experience. Prices are fair. They don't have to, but after the service generally techs will help at least grab a shoe, lift the chair arm.. something. Nope, took off to do own thing. Met her at the register. Find your nice lady (or male) and stick with them. Wouldn't cast the whole place off. Most are quite nice there. read more

I really liked the vibe.Clean and I appreciate the background chatter.I often feel torn weither to try and make conversation with the techs. This time I tried,either she didn't understand me or I was completely ignored.There was a mother getting her nails done and the shop allowed the kids to get up and walk around,it was comforting to see. My only "complaint" that I've never experienced is,I have hair that grows on my big toes and the tech removed it .I am aware it isn't appealing but once you remove hair it grows back and sometimes longer!!!I tried to say "no,no,no leave it!"And proceeded to remove it.I was so embarrassed that I did nothing after my attempt to stop her.Again I am aware it isn't beautiful to see but I don't want it longer.I just overlooked it. On both occasions I visited this salon both left me with a terrible experience. The first time I came, I just wanted a pedicure, I got seated into a pedicure chair but waited 30-35 minutes to even be serviced. The second time, last night I came in wanting to do a mani/pedi. I got seated into a pedicure chair right away, they even started the water to soak my feet in, which the water turned cold because I waited 45 minutes and no technician came to me, nor there was an apology for the wait. I came with my sisters, when I realized that my sisters were already almost done with their pedicure & no one started on mines was when I decided I didn't want to give this place my time or money anymore. I refused their service and left. There was also several ladies waiting who came in after us, not one technician told them that there was gonna be a wait before they actually got serviced. They said 15 minutes, 35 minutes later I sat in chair and my pedicure began. -1 Star for the wait, I would have been ok if they said it would be a 30 min wait. The young girl who did my pedicure was really good. She did a n amazing job of pampering my legs and feet. Choose the Delux Pedicure wich consisted of: Nail trim & shaping Cuticle grooming Sugar scrub on legs & feet Mask with hot towel Massage with hot lotion Paraffin treatment This really helped remove dryness and left my legs and feet feeling soft and smooth. Love the feeling after a GOOD pedicure. Treated my grandaughter with a mani, pedi and she was taken care of. Maicure hands and clean toes with glitter polish and flower, so cute. My friend asked her to please not cut their nails and she thought they were joking. They also had a color picked out for their nails and as soon as she finished cutting their nails she told them that she was done and left them sitting there by themselves. I'm 100% sure that it was because my friend is a guy and she just assumed that that was what they needed. I don't understand the level of disrespect and why she assume that behavior is okay. It's 2025, a man can totally have their nails long and colored. Saying we won't be back is an understatement knowing damn well they don't care about that or their customers. My wife had an appointment at 9am with TEE today to get her lashes done. My wife called ahead of time to notify that she was going to be a few minutes late. My wife arrived 8 minutes and was immediately laughed at by the staff and told to sit down and wait. Even though my wife could clearly see TEE in her lashes room doing nothing. My wiife was waiting for over 10 minutes and TEE still did not tend to my wife. I had to call into the Salon myself and talk to TEE as my wife is sitting in the waiting room. I told TEE that this was unacceptable to have my wife sitting down and being laughed at by her staff. TEE began to explain that her staff which answered the phone call told her my wife was going to be late 30 minutes which my wife arrived only 8 minutes late. I explained to TEE that my wife had been sitting in the waiting room waiting for her which TEE then tried pawning my wife to her sister to do her lashes. I clearly stated NO that was not acceptable as the appointment was made with her and not her sister. TEE tried to explain again about what her staff told her about 30 minutes which was not what my wife told her. I then explained to TEE, that if my wife already had her scheduled appointment with her which clearly would take over an hour, why was she trying to pass my wife to her sister. If my wife paid for that time slot and was only EIGHT MINUTES late then TEE should be available and not sit there trying to wait for another customer that was coming from Los Gatos (which by the way was very late herself). This is very unprofessionalism that her employess are sitting there laughing at my wife because they saw TEE sitting in her room ignoring my wife. The little sister told my wife with a laughter in her voice that she could do her lashes which my wife replied NO. At the end, TEE forcefully did my wife's lashes and kept insisting that her employee told her incorrect information which still does not make it ok to make my wife wait for the other customer that was clearly late because of traffic as well. My daughter gets her nails done here numerous of times as well. This past Sunday I took my daughter in to get her nails done and asked for TEE also and explained I wanted her to do my duaghter nails because Diana and two other people have done my daughters nails within 3 weeks and the nails never lasted over 5 days before falling off. Tee sounded frustrated that I insisted that TEE do my daughter's nails. My family has been coming here for some time now and it seems that this company is starting to decline. The employees have been heard numerous of times laughing at the customers while I have been there. It does not seem that they care for the customer much anymore. I would like to report that my family and I will not be returning to this establishment and we will definitely detour anyone asking about this place. read more
