I came here today with my mom for her birthday (she received a gift certificate from her friend). My mom got the luxury pedicure as I am got as regular mani/pedi. (note: I had the owner & the short asian lady) I AM NOT HAPPY with my service for several reasons: 1) their nail polish options suck; you can tell that they are old and/or they've never been used. Some of the colors aren't really what they look like. 2) as my manicurist was trimming and shaping my nails I remember asking/requesting for a round shape. she completely ignored me and started to shaped them into square-like nails.....I had to remind her again that I wanted round. She looked at me and with an Asian accent she replied, "You sure? Square shape real nice." I declined her and pushed for round shape. 3) They are real pushy with making you get a high priced nail treatment; they asked ne about 5-7 times when they were just cutting my nails. No means no. 4) I saw that my toenails were cut unevenly.....& they painted on my skin too....they missed the sides of the nail... 5) about 3-4 hours later my treatment I went to shower...and my fingernails has been ruined... read more

I've been going to La Belle for quite some time now. When I first went there were different owners and different staff. All the ladies there are super nice, friendly and they do really good work. I used to just get your regular french tip full set, but now I've been trying other designs and such and I've never been disappointed. What I really like about this place is that its not your typical nail salon...feels more cozy and homely. The massage chairs with the deluxe pedicure is AMAZING..even brought my boyfriend and that chair put him right to sleep! Even after the new owners and some new staff they still keep me going back. I've recommended this place to a lot of my friends and they have a great experience. They all do a good job so I don't go to one lady in specific. Super organized and clean and very up to date with their equipment. They even have tea or water that they offer you along with a good selection of magazines. They offer TONS of designs that you can choose from. They're moderately priced. Full set with gel or pink powder is about $30-$35..all depends on what you want but they come out looking amazing..and I've never had a problem with my nails chipping or being filed wrong..and if I did, the ladies are more then welcome to fix it without complaints or attitude like some nail places I've been too.. Currently sitting getting my nails done and after numerous attempts to tell the nail tech how I want my nails.... she's still not getting it. All I want is coffin tip but narrow. Apparently I'm asking for a lot. I give up and just let her do whatever she "knows" how to do. Aside from not knowing how to do the shape I want. It smells like ramen in here. It's hot which doesn't make it pleasant to be sitting in a chair with no air flow. No fans. No AC. Such a horrible experience. I came here out of convenience. What a huge mistake. It's been a long time since I've been her and I won't be coming back again. I don't mind paying the prices but since when did it stop coming with a hand or foot massage with your Mani/Pedi?! I mean this is the main reason I come for. She put oil on my hands to give a massage but then booted me off to the pedi station with greasy hands carrying my purse, phone and drink. At the Pedi station I got oil rubbed on my legs but no where near my feet. The chair gave me a better rub down. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! The only reason I've been going to this place is because of Mary (I followed her from another nail salon). I called yesterday to make an appointment, and I was told that Mary is on vacation but someone else could help me. I'm super super picky, so I was hesitant at first but I really needed to get my nails done. I made an appointment with the "owner Lina." I got there and she was acting weird, and she asked me if someone else could do my nails because I was 5 minutes late and she had another appointment and she didn't think she was going to have enough time to do my nails. I didn't appreciate the last minute change but went with it. Ann ended up doing mu nails. She was really nice, and she did a good job. When it was time to pay lina told me that it was going to be $38 ($35 for the refill plus $5 because I broke a nail), so I told her that Mary always charge me $3 and she just looked down and didn't say anything. It's not about the money but the fact that she thinks it's okay to overcharge customers. Ive he's witnessed doing this to other customers in the past, so it's definitely a pattern. Well...if you want to spend money on having used products such as sponges and tools used on you come here. The sponge and the brush the lady used to scrub my feet with was used (already looked old and had old soap on it with dark spot as if it had mold) then she cleaned it with water inside the pedicure tub and placed it in her bin to reuse. She hurt my left toe nail so bad that I kept moving away from her because it hurt and she just grabbed my foot harder and kept digging at it. The pedicure chair Jets for the pedicure were off so I saw how dirty the water in the pedicure tub was before I even put my feet in, had dirt. She literally moved someone who was getting a pedicure done to another chair to squeeze in more clients. Unsanitary. Rough as heck. Never coming here again. Worst experience I've had at any nail salon. Highly DONT recommend coming here. read more

WORST experience ever! I hate writing negative reviews but I can't let this one go. This place doesn't even deserve one star. I walked in yesterday to get a mani and pedi done for my upcoming trip. The first lady that did my pedi was okay but she was not friendly at all and couldn't understand what I was requesting. And then I was sent to another lady to do my nails. I wish I knew her name... Not only did she not understood my request, she was rude, rough, and was rushing the entire time. I asked for dip powder and I repeated myself several times to make sure she understood me and that they actually provide that service because not all nail salon have dip powder. She kept nodding and saying yes to everything. I finally sat down and she started to work on me... she took out her supplies and they were for acrylic nails. I asked her again and she said it's dip powder. At this point, I didn't care anymore... I just wanted my nails done and get out of there. I don't want to take too much time to type so let's just say I end up having acrylic nails that were ugly and thick/lumpy, AND she cut into my cuticle. Went with my mom, aunt and cousin as a mothers day outing. I usually go to Nail Tech to Susan, but this place was closer so we tried it. Worst mistake of my life.. The lady did my full set okay, some bubbles and she didn't take off the excess polish that was on the sides of my finger, but otherwise she did a good job. But when it came to my pedi, I wish I knew the lady who did mine because she should be sued. She took out "ingrown toenails" and almost made me cry from the bad pain, she did the same to my auntie. I now have two very swollen big toes developing puss around them and the right toe was actually split open by her instrument and looks badly infected. Started a new job the day after going to this place and I can barely even walk from the pain! I wouldn't come back here if they paid me. read more

I've tried La Belle Nails twice, based on recommendations from 2 people. The first time was absolutely horrible. I went for acrylic fill and a pedicure. My pedi was done by the owner, and she did a good job, although nothing special and was trying to hurry through it. My fill and my friends full set was done by the only man working there, and the job on both me and my friend was absolutely horrible!!! She had tons of bubbles in hers and they started peeling after a week. My fill was very sloppy, and while I only had a few bubbles, the top gel coats he put on started peeling off after about 5 days. I went back for a fill because I hadn't discovered anywhere else, and it was close, and got Lina the second time. She did a much better job, but she was so intent on hurrying me up so she could go on to someone else that she over-drilled drilled my nails to the point of pain, which lasted for weeks. This place is terrible. Dishonest and rude!!! Don't go there! Here is what happened: I went here with the gift certificate my friend gave it to me. I know it's been two years since I have the certificate, so I did check in with the lady before my pedicure and she said it was ok. However half way into the service, the rude owner came out and refused to accept it. She said it's expired by one year, however the gift certificate doesn't have the expiration date. She didn't apologize either because I think she didn't want to make a scene. 2. She tried to charge me $5 extra for "callous" treatment at the end, even when I didn't ask for it or feel like I got one! 3. Asked for a glitter blend with Shellac manicure. I love this place! The people are so incredibly nice and they remember you--even if you have only been there once! They always do a good job as well. I have been going here for quite some time now. The prices are decent--just about the same as any other nail place ($25 shellac manicure; $20 basic pedicure). I read on yelp that they're not sanitary, but I see them open up a new packet of nail gear each time! Also, one thing I love about this place is that the beauticians are not loud and gossipy and the stations aren't all crowded together. It's a great environment. This place was good when it first opened. Although its located in an old shopping center, the interior is nicely decorated. I was a loyal patron for a while, getting manicures and pedicures every month. Then the ownership changed and the service started to deteriorate. They no longer took their time with each client and their work wasn't as detailed. The last time I was here, I had an appt, but I still had to wait for about 20mins or so. (They take whoever comes in whether they have appts or not - so its basically first-come, first-serve.) I got a french tip pedicure and was satisfied when I left. The next morning my big toe felt swollen. As the hours and days passed, my toe began to swell and ache horribly. I finally realized they infected my toe! I looked at it through a magnifying glass and saw there was a cut inbetween my nail and skin. I'm assuming they do not sanitize their tools like they should because a cut can't be easily infected like that unless there was bacteria on the tools. After about a week of swelling and aching, I finally had to try and "pop" the infection. Puss oozed out and the pain was finally gone. I would never come here again unless I want to amputate my toes. read more

I happened upon La Belle Nails by chance. I was actually looking for a different salon, got lost, pulled into the parking lot, saw their sign and decided to give it a try. I'm SO glad I did. The atmosphere is clean and newly remodeled. The nail instruments were freshly sterilized and the work stations were clean. I asked for a French manicure with gel polish and 3D art on top. My 3D style was simple (a pink bow) with gem in the middle. Tracy, my nail tech, was friendly and shared a wonderful sense of humor, in spite of a slight language barrier. I'm thrilled to report that she did a WONDERFUL job. My 3D art feels secure and looks adorable. The salon was able to see me as a walk in and everyone in the store was extremely friendly. I was there for about an hour and for the manicure I paid $35. I was also given a card to receive my 10th manicure free. BONUS! :D I definitely plan to return. They're close to my house, clean, and capable. Besides, how often do you get a nail tech with such a wonderful attitude and excellent sense of humor?! YAY! read more

Although i cannot complain about the customer service, i can complain about my nails. I got gel tips and the job was not good at all, there were air bubbles galore, and some glitter on my thumb nail that did not belong to me. after the first week my pointer nail broke off and after i got my nails filled and repaired my middle finger nail chipped off on the second day. I am not a very active person so it puzzles me to why my nails are getting damaged so effortlessly. The owner is very nice and so are the other employees, i got a pedicure there once from kathy and she did an excellent job with a 15 minute foot message. So i give my rating a 2 simply for the fact that i spent $50 during the last few weeks on nails that are popping off like pop corn! I say go to Jenny's Nails instead! read more

I like getting my nails done here by Mary. She's so nice and she takes her time doing my nails. I hate feeling rushed when I take me time. My nails always look shiny and great after she's done with them. I get the shellac because they last longer but I also get a regular mani. It's hard for me to commit to one color for 2 weeks. I like changing the color weekly. I guess it might be a little more than most places its $25 for a shellac rounded mani. But you get what you pay for. read more
