No one should tell a customer when he or she can be on the phone I began walking around & said hey can you just point me to the mattresses with the springs (at this point I was nearing the end of the conversation with my recruiter) about 3 minutes after walking in when he repeated in a load voice No get off your phone & then we can talk! Idk if it's because I'm Hispanic & he assumed I couldn't buy or because I was in gym cloths that made him feel it was okay to talk to me this way. I then proceeded to tell him that was no way to talk to customers which then he replied go bad word yourself.. For the record I own 2 taco trucks & am a manager at one of the biggest Toyota dealerships in the Bay Area I know how to treat customers & I was definitely looking to & able to buy Will tell EVERYONE I know & possibly can to never visit this place

We had purchased our previous bed at Sleep Train over 10 years ago (after which they became Mattress Firm) and had loved it so much, we wanted the same mattress. Unfortunately, Temperpedic no longer makes it so we were dreading having to go through the whole process of laying on every bed to find something we both liked. We have totally different sleep positions so that makes it a challenge. Bruno guided us to a few comparable mattresses and helped us narrow the best one for us in no time. When I called Mattress Firm to get this I was told that I could not get it from them that they had lost it. They could not help me to get a new one, that I would have to pick up the 300 lb mattress myself to get the serial number off of it to file the registration. When I said that still wasn't going to get me my care instructions, they said oh so sorry, there's nothing they can do about it. I will never buy another mattress through Mattress Firm!!

She was kinda rude. When I asked her to repeat something, she barked "I'm with a customer!" I told her that I would never call back and hung up. My advice: Don't let that woman answer the phone until she's had some sort of customer service etiquette training.
