This is not how you run a business by keeping your pets inside- specially if they are not behaved. The woman herself couldn't even catch up to the dog because of her own health, so there's no way she was going to stop this crazy dog. The least she could have done was apologize but that never came either. I picked up both my kids and immediately left. Either run a business properly and keep your crazy animals home or give the space to another business - because that's what manteca needs! *Personally I expected a cat given the business name, which I am also allergic too- so I wouldn't come back if that was the case either. *

What retail establishment won't sell to interested customers?? And to top it all off, I let the employees at the register know that this practice was "weird." A snotty woman came back with this, "it's either this inability to buy, or they would have to shut down for two weeks." What retail establishment in this day and age turns away possible customers???
