Not only was I not greeted when I first walked in, but once I got to the brow bar, the associates still did not greet me. I tried to make it obvious that I was here for my appointment at 5:40 that I called in for, and as I was attempting to make eye contact with the brow lady, she continued to chat with other customers as if she didn't have an appointment within the next 5 minutes. I stood there looking stupid and completely ignored. The brow lady just continued her conversation. She also BEGAN doing the customers brows at 5:38 and by this time, still, no associate had asked me if I had checked in for my appointment. Suuuuuch bad customer service for someone who doesn't speak Spanish or doesn't look of a Hispanic background. It's as if when I walked in (I'm Filipina), all heads turned away and I was completely ignored. I'm currently writing this review in the parking lot and I'm 7 minutes past my appointment time without a notification call from Benefit. I was neglected the entire time and it's safe to say I'm never coming back! Such a disappointment from a good company.
