Behind the glass display was an entire open view professional bakery with dough mixers and ovens. The smell of this shop was pure bliss and possibly ten pounds on the hips. The manager, Chris, greeted us immediately and began conversing with us about his shop. The genius behind the scenes was the owner, Giselle, who popped out her head from near the ovens and said hello. We tried the cheese bread and three truffles - strawberry, coconut and chocolate. The bread was warm, soft and gooey inside - simply delish. The magical treat was definitely the strawberry truffle - as I took a bite I couldnt stop smiling and savored the crazy sweetness on the back of my tongue.
