The baklava eclair was very tasty but also had the same issue I had with the Tres leches and the filling was not evenly distrubuted throughout. The dough was very flaky and I loved the flavor overall. The carnalized squares on top were a nice addition to the eclair! The staff here was insanely friendly when I picked up my order and I love how nicely decorated the place was, even though the front area is rather small where you order everything! At the prices of $6+ dollars for a single eclair, I feel like I should be able to have the flavoring and cream evenly spread through the eclair. Maybe I went on an off day judging by the other reviews but I'm not sure if I'll be back in the future because a majority of what I ordered seemed to be very lackluster on my visit unfortunately!

This is a newer location to the other Phuse spot in Plantation. Hidden in a plaza on University Dr, you can spot it right away if you're looking for it because its blue interior is easy to spot! Parking is super easy and we were greeted so warmly upon entry. We came here for a post-dinner treat & loved all the flavors you could choose from. They had a Guinness stout, which was so good so we had to get it, on top of a blue cone to match the interior, of course! I was also eyeing the macaron ice cream sandwiches which I've seen on their Yelp page and got the pistachio and peanut butter cup ones. They were both good but some of them in the case were cracked and the macaron itself was a little soft when we ate them. There wasn't any place inside to enjoy the treats so it seems more like a grab and go spot, so just keep that in mind! Overall, a cute place to drop by and get some treats!
